I booked a medium-sized room. The air in the room was bad and the windows were sealed and could not be opened. The front desk service is either good or bad. Close to the street, a bit noisy. The room smelled musty, so I could only stay here once.

Great stay!! Great neighborhood! Would definitely come back here again. There are plenty of restaurants on the same block, and south beach is just 3-5 mins away!! One small issue for me was that there was no drinking water stations inside, so you may have to get those in the nearby shops.

The room was clean but could use some updating. The water was not getting hot. I had to call customer service. They had someone to reset the water heater. The worse part of the stay is loud music played from 1 am-5 am. If you plan to sleep don't stay here.

We arrived around 4pm and checked in. My husband booked this, and I did not realize this is a "virtual" hotel, meaning there are no staff on site. We went out to see the sights and have dinner. While we were out, we received a phone call and text telling us that our room was flooded! We rushed back to find someone mopping the floor. The toilet had blown a valve. We were told there were no other rooms in the hotel and that we could have a room several blocks away at another hotel in their chain. This was very inconvenient, since we had to repack, including some wet things from the flood, and install an app to get a ride to the other hotel. However, the other hotel room was larger and had more amenities, so we were happy about that. Plus, they gave us 20% off our stay (still to be confirmed on the invoice). I would hesitate to stay at a virtual hotel again, but this one did have a great location, only 2 blocks from the beach.

This is the worst place I have stayed in decades of travel. The music from the club 30 ft from our window was so loud the lamps and blinds were vibrating and we had to almost shout at each other. This went until 5 am. We complained to the “24 hour” desk and were first told to call the police. When we complained more they sent someone over with ear plugs and a white noise machine. We were informed this happens 3-4 days a week. I have to assume all these other reviews are fake.

1. The elevator inspection was expired by 6 months. Clearly illegal, and uncommon. 2. Someone tried to enter our room at 1 am. 3. The hotel forced us to check out of our room between days, and refused to hold our luggage. Not normal... 4. Loud bass music from 1 am to 5 am. Made it difficult to sleep. The room itself was ok, but after all this, we just wanted to refund our second night and stay somewhere else. They wouldn't. We went elsewhere regardless. Still trying to get our $280 back. Also, the sheets are super thin! There's no blanket or duvet cover or comforter. Just two sheets of fabric.

4 night in south beach..We spent a great time in La Flora...friendly helpful Valentine ad the entire staff, amazing location next to Ocean dr... I absolutely recommend it if you want to experience South Beach without crazy expenses..also near the bus tour start point

The remote to the TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it. The staff wasn't super friendly. The room was ok but the wall behind the beds was the laundry room and when the washers were going it sounded like a freight train! Will not stay here again.

The room was well air conditioned, the bed was spacious and comfortable, the room was very clean, room service also took care of our room very nicely, and the lobby was beautiful! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating with our questions and requests. I very much enjoyed our stay!

Very comfy bed, comfortable environment and very friendly workers 😊 perfect place right next to the beach in a fun night-time area. Amazing restaurants all nearby. had an amazing experience with each person at the front desk. will be coming back!

Great location, everything is near. Comfortable and clean beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Wifi is working properly in the room and the beach is just 5 minutes walking distance. It was also quiet during the night and the room has air condition.

2 OR 3 STAR max, not as advertised. The photographs are not in liking to what you actually arrive to, the location is great but this accommodation needs upgraded / renovated. Old and very tired accommodation. Pay more and get more comfort. We arrived to no room, booked 11 months in advance, and they moved us to the sister hotel, which was somewhat better.
