"The hotel has a shuttle bus transfer. At Terminal D, you need to turn right on the next floor. You need to call the hotel and wait for about 15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to go to the airport in the morning, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the passenger terminal. You also need to make an appointment in advance. We took a taxi in the morning because we were in a hurry.
Breakfast is generally quite satisfactory."

"It was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time."

The Homewood Suites by Hilton McAllen is either within walking distance or a short drive from a variety of restaurants, just minutes away from local shopping and La Plaza Mall. "Very pleasant clean stylish hotel, location perfect, especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is evident that the hotel management is suitable with love and great attention.
From the downsides, that when evicting instead of returning the deposit of 25$, on the contrary, it was withdrawn an additional 65$. After the letter to the support service corrected, but still the precipitation remained."

"In rural Texas, hotels are already good, but health is indeed a bit painful for girls, even seeing ants on the bed, so I dare not sleep all night. The bathroom is still relatively clean.
The little brother at the front desk of the hotel is also very good. It can basically meet most of the problems. The shuttle bus can also take you to a place not far away for free. There is a driver whose English is a little bit not very good, but it is simple to understand. It is still much easier to return to Spanish in Mcallen."

"We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of."

GGuest UserWalking into this hotel, it feels like stepping into a quiet paradise. The design of the lobby is ingenious, and the high space is matched with dazzling crystal chandeliers, creating an open and luxurious atmosphere that instantly makes people's eyes light up.
The guest rooms are warm and exquisitely decorated, and every detail shows quality and care. The bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the texture is delicate. Lying on it is like being gently wrapped by clouds. The furniture in the room is reasonably placed, the layout is spacious, and the view is excellent, which makes people happy physically and mentally. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the toiletries exude a light fragrance and are of high quality.
The public areas of the hotel are also commendable. In the green garden, the carefully trimmed green plants are scattered in an orderly manner, and the flowers of the four seasons compete for beauty, adding vitality to the hotel. Walking along the garden path, you can also hear the gurgling sound of water, as if time has slowed down. The sofas in the leisure area are soft and comfortable, and with warm lights, people can't help but relax.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, the pleasant environment here has brought me an unforgettable stay experience, which is simply impeccable.

FFloresGilbertoThis is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

GGuest UserThis hotel is strategically located, 2 kilometers walk from the airport, and there is La Plaza Mall along the way. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that there was hair on the towel, but the overall accommodation experience was still good. The front desk service was friendly, and the simple breakfast had small pastries and coffee was satisfactory and it was recommended.

GGuest UserWas disturbed by a party next to my room .. The police had to come at 5:45 am to tell them to be quite .. didn’t stop them they continued till 11:am check out . Hotel has no security and told it was my responsibility to call in continued noise issue, don’t understand being as they have hallway cameras and could see that they continued to slam doors vape in hallways and 3 people walking hallways all night . Unbelievable
