Vintage hotel, location is very conveniently located between the nawate street and the station.

Though parking is not on site and a short distance away, it is not too far away from eateries and shopping areas. Parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lobby area looks archaic but that does not matter as the room is clean and of a good size.

Simple and great hotel, look old but it is more to a classic woody design. Specifically giving a thumb up to their customer service, not calculative at all, full patient and smile is always with them even do we checking at the late night. The room is clean and big, but the only bad thing is the sound proof of the room have to make some improvement… 3-5min walk to the nearest 7-11 convenient stall for your supper. About 10 minutes from Matsumoto Station, the parking lot where I rented a car was 1000 yen a day, so I was able to go in and out early in the morning. The windows couldn't be opened due to construction work, so the air was stagnant. The refrigerator is turned on with a table tap on top of the refrigerator, but it was set to the highest setting, and the next day all my drinks froze, so I found the dial to set it and turned it to about half, but it still seemed to freeze. It may just be my imagination, but overall there were few problems, so if this is the only place I can stay next time, I'd be happy to stay. It would be even better if it was closer to the station.
