"Nothing about this place was good and a total garbage dump if you ask me. They actually gave me a room with GIGANTIC COCHROACHES & NO BLANKET? ***? I can't believe this company is still in business all throughout Southeast Asia. I thought I would try them and I totally regret it. Horrible location, horrible sleeping conditions and TERRIBLY OVERPRICED for Indonesia with shitty staff. Even my friend who stayed in the room next to mine said the towel was the size of his nuts and his air conditioner was just dripping out warm air. If you want a nightmare hotel for Halloween and you waste your money stay at Red Doors it's the best place for it!? 👎🏿"

"We stayed for 2 nights in the club suite. We really liked the warm welcome and all the check-in processes done in the suite. They served us a welcome drink along with canapés and ice cream for my son. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of town. We basically had all our meals there – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner – all of which were certainly delicious. Shout out to the kitchen team! They maintain the property very well, and little touches in the room like coffee and tea, cookies, chocolate, and juice are just perfect! Will stay there again if we visit Lombok! Thank you, Ibu Dayu, Chika, and Mita! Our stay was definitely memorable!"
