"The hotel is amazing! The rooms are really good, and so is the pool. The breakfast is super complete with something for everyone! We absolutely loved the hotel part. Now, for the restaurant and spa… - Restaurant: Honestly, it's unacceptable to serve that kind of meat, which is a shame because the presentation is incredibly beautiful, the fries are good, and the sauce is amazing. However, the meat itself isn't real meat, let me explain. It's reconstituted meat, full of fat and god knows what else. There are no muscle fibers at all. It's supposed to be good meat with the texture and taste of real meat, but after tasting it, we sent the dish back! It’s the first time in our lives we've ever sent something back! We spoke with the chef and the manager, and they didn't charge us for it. They understood, but despite that, they're still serving this 'meat'. - Spa: Honestly, are you real masseuses or just employees doing multiple jobs?! I have never had such a catastrophic massage in my life; I actually cried by the end of it."

"The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mataram and within walking distance to a large shopping mall. On top of that, it boasts a spacious garden and a swimming pool, making the environment truly superb. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The towels provided were quite yellowed, and the shower only had one shower gel, with no soap even at the sink. The breakfast was a buffet, and while the variety wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious (except for the orange juice, which was awful)."

The room was large and comfortable, with a proper working desk which was very useful for business travelers. I stayed for 3 nights in the first room, but the shower was a bit old and the water did not spread properly. The bathroom drainage was also quite slow. I then moved to another room for 1 night, and the shower condition there was much better. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay."

"A modern and cozy hotel just walkable distance to NTB Islamic Centre. Stay one night after a day trip to benang stokel and benang kelambu waterfalls before fly back to KL on next day. Need a good rest. This cozy hotel delivered what i need for a rest. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel."

"Returning from our Lombok trip, we stayed at Hastina Hotel again. The room was quite comfortable, and the hotel's location is close to Epicentrum Mall, which has plenty of shopping and cafes. Hot water runs well, and the bed linens are clean. We tried three room types - deluxe, standard, and a superior room. All rooms were adequately equipped with the essentials. It's sufficient for a two-night stay! 🙌"

"They have international plug options in the room. It is near islamic centre hence do nit miss the fajr prayer there. The breakfast spread was delicious. Small note, the tiles at the shower area is a bit slippery."

"I've been here often but there are always only 5 paper towels, the soap is empty, and there are no rags in the bathroom.. The bathroom smells smelly when I first enter.. Then I'm often really disturbed by the sound of people moving things from upstairs.. Pillows, bed sheets, and the blankets often look dirty... Then there are no facilities such as sandals... Even though the floor is not very clean. . But it's still understandable because the price is quite cheap"
