GGuest UserOur stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

GGuest UserLocation and cleanliness were good, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options available. The room was large and comfortable, with a proper working desk which was very useful for business travelers.
I stayed for 3 nights in the first room, but the shower was a bit old and the water did not spread properly. The bathroom drainage was also quite slow. I then moved to another room for 1 night, and the shower condition there was much better.
Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok.

JJan‘nworldIt was a solid and clean room. I arrived very late, but I could still checkin and they even brought me to a restaurant to get some food. They were very friendly, but we had an internet outage, which was probably not their fault.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
