Very very nice place! Front desk was extremely polite and helpfully. Would go again :)

We arrived at the hotel about 11:15am with friends and asked if there was a room we could drop our cases off until 3pm check in time and was told yes. The receptionist then asked if we would like to do pre-check in to save time later which we did, when it was time for check in we were giving a keycard and told our cases were already in our rooms superb. The rooms were cleaned everyday which you don't get automatic in lots of hotels nowadays. Lcation was perfect the price also great and the price of drinks comparable with other hotels although my husband would have liked a beer option, we all had sandwichs on our last night and we all thourally enjoyed them.

Really friendly reception staff and relaxed/delicious breakfast (great choice for great price). Room was really spacious, clean, aesthetic and modern, and I had a great sleep.

Very good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff especially (sorry if not right) Hassad. Very helpfully and friendly on the front desk.

The AC broke down the whole month in the middle of summer and the windows cannot be opened in the room. They expect their guest to stay in an airless room with no open windows no AC and the hotel management doesn’t seem to care or rectify the issue (AC was stated on the amenities of the booking site when my booking was made). Worst hotel experience in the UK I have had on this trip!

I arrive at 12:50, but they allow me to check in before 3pm. I was able to put my luggage inside, this is very considerate.

We had a lovely stay at Abode Hotel Manchester. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe with spacious and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm and professional service really made a difference.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's location, whether arriving by car or by train.

Nice hotel but the aircon wasn’t working on floors 2-5. We were there on a day with highest temperature of 30. Fortunately we managed to open the windows. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience

Terrible

Great location. Clean room and lovely staff. I like the decor too. However my room was next to the lifts and I was woken a number of times in the night by guests coming in late/ leaving early and another guests iphone alarm going off as the soundproofing is not good so would not stay here again as I need sleep more than anything.

The elevator was broken on the day I went there... I climbed three floors... I was out of breath when I got a takeaway. The room was big for Manchester, but it was neither good nor bad. It was very close to Victoria Station
