i love to stay here.. all staf so kind, especially for talal.. thanks for your humorous.. access only 3 minutes by free bus to Haram (Gazza Gate) shuttle ready 24 hours. u can buy anythings around

Excellent place to stay for location point of view shuttle service available

the hotel is very clean , the service people are helpful and friendly, the hotel is a two-minute to ALHARAM by bus . the price is fair compared to other hotels in the area

Excellent experience staying here. Lovely hotel with nice amenities and a full service staff. Great room, we had a city view that was better than expected. Nice variety of dining options. Very helpful concierge who helped us go on a neighborhood walk,  it really felt like a home away from home, I’m fully happy and satisfied with everything. A big Thank you.

Although we Stayed and the hotel is aware it is a pilgrimage and there is a demand for rooms. They do not appear to seek excellence. The workers were fine always keen to help. Management was appalling, Unresponsive to client needs. Nevertheless it met our purpose we needed somewhere to sleep. Transport was just across the road free shuttle to the haram

Nice hotel

It's a very neat hotel. Very close to Haram, and there is free bus service to and fro Haram. It is easier to connect and save you money on transport while performing your Hajj or Umrah. The services I received are topnotch and very accommodating and understanding members of staff. The hotel is a very good place to lodge for solo or group travellers in Mecca

I book it for my friends and family. Its just amazing.
