Not really xlean. Butbthe staff are amazingly helpful. Parking isnt bad as well considering the place is makati.

Service is 10. Amenities is 5, due to Carpet is dusty, hot water is not working  for the tub and mini fridge is not functional.

It is a big hotel with a certain history in Makati. Advantages: 1. Convenient transportation, many places to eat and shop nearby, and there is a shopping mall downstairs. 2. Relatively affordable prices. 3. Large rooms. Disadvantages: 1. First of all, the wifi cannot be searched. I still cannot find it after repeated communication. I even suspect that the front desk provided a wifi that does not exist at all. 2. Secondly, the door lock recognition is broken after check-in, so I have to find the staff to unlock it with a key every time I go in and out. 3.
