Just stayed at Pensión El Chaflán and had a great experience! Super well located, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Definitely a great choice if you're visiting the area! Would for sure stay here again! The check-in was smooth. The person at reception was super friendly. Bravo!

We check in late night.. the guy in reception not friendly at all. In the room there is no instruction how to use stove and also heater.

All is well , all ok , all ok but some problems

The facilities were fine. The room was perfect for what we needed. The bed was a bit uncomfortable because of the springs and the window didn't close properly. I didn't really like that the bathroom was open to the room or that the shower was practically transparent to the whole room, but oh well.

The location is good, close to the train station. But the facilities are really simple. Maybe the decoration time is not long. It still has taste. But the price is there, so you get what you pay for.

The staff were very friendly, but they didn't change our towels. Otherwise, everything was great.

The quality of the room and facilities were as expected. However, at night it was extremely humid, and the air conditioning didn't heat the room. Fortunately, the receptionist Jonathan was able to help me and was very helpful, as the bed was right next to the glass and wasn't well insulated (you could feel cold drafts and a lot of humidity when you were in bed). I was assigned room 9 on the third floor. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the train station. We were going to Salia by train the next day, and it was a short walk from there. However, the hotel facilities were quite basic, not comparable to hotels in China at this price. The breakfast was simple but filling; it wasn't self-service, but rather individual portions, and you could ask for more if you weren't satisfied.

A very cozy place, with a good location and you have buses super close, super clean and comfortable, perfect for spending a few days with my mother in Madrid
