Hotel room is clean and spacious. Nearby to restaurants and supermart too. Nearby bus stop to bring you downtown.

The facilities were good. The check in staff was excellant and very accommodating. Upon my return I discovered a 40.00 charge on my card. When I called to get a explanation of this I was placed on a lengthy hold then asked for my confirmation number which I had to look up as it was not readily available. When I returned to the call it was disconnected. Had to call back hold again then asked for last name not confirmation number. So a bit confused about that. Then told that the charge was 40.00 for parking, surprise surprise. I don't mind the fee, the surprise I do mind as well as the condescending, surly attitude from the person I spoke with. Think I'll choose some where else on my next trip to chicago.

It's quite quiet, not crowded. There is a Macy's nearby, within walking distance. The price is reasonable, the waiters are quite enthusiastic, the cleaning is timely and clean.

I stayed here while visiting the University of Chicago. The location is great, as you can walk to the university. The room was very clean, spacious, and very clean. I felt a little bit like I was in a luxury room.

I will choose to stay here again next time I come to the University of Chicago. Convenient, clean, and well-equipped

When I went to the University of Chicago, I chose accommodation near the Hyatt Place. The accommodation quality is good, the space is large, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. There are many black people around, but it is a safe place. Public transportation is very close, and you can check the arrival time on the map. I don't drive, so I don't know the parking situation.

Quite satisfied, the waiter is enthusiastic and likes to chat. He enthusiastically introduced Chicago's food and culture, and even gave us some performance information! The waiter is also a musician in a band, and he has a lot of art topics. He is also very professional and knows how to talk in moderation! It seems safe here, and most of the people staying here are teachers and exchange personnel from the University of Chicago or students who come to register.

The locals said that this area is already on the edge of a dangerous area and few people come here. The hotel itself is OK, the waiters are basically black, and the surrounding area is basically the same. I didn't go out at night, and I felt safe.

It's a little far away from the city. I booked this hotel because I needed it for a business trip.
