We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

big room , good location, very convenience

It is a ten-minute walk from Atocha train station, so you can check in by yourself even if you arrive late. The indoor facilities are complete, the kitchenware is complete, and the air conditioning and heating are very comfortable. Recommended for independent travelers with multiple guests.

The room was spacious, it was close to Atocha, and there was a supermarket nearby, so it was very convenient. The balance between the size of the room and the price was excellent. The only problem was that ants kept coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom, and the way they dealt with it was poor.

The apartment is in a great location, right opposite Carrefour supermarket. The room is nice and you can cook your own meals. The staff had gone off work when we arrived, so the self-service check-in machine took some time.

The place is wonderful, clean, well equipped, easy check-in, next to Atocha, super spacious… well decorated… we loved the detail that it had a washing machine and clothesline! It has been a very good experience and both my daughter and I loved it!

This hotel has a good location and is very clean. Of course, the price is higher than other hotels. We rented a B&B together. The items are very complete and very good.

The room is large and the location is good. But one night we were bitten on the face! It will greatly affect your subsequent travel experience. It feels like it's bedbugs, and the cheek that's in contact with the pillow is the hardest hit area.

I used it the night before a family trip. Considering the price, this is probably it. However, the indoor toilet is separated only by a curtain, so even if you are a family member, you may be reluctant to use it. Breakfast is included and the content is not bad, but the staff's attitude is bad. The hotel made the guest confirm that the number of guests was incorrect, and even when he realized his own mistake, there was no apology. That female staff member will be hated by all the customers.

It's close to the station and relatively close to the museum, but there aren't many bars or delicious Spanish restaurants in the area. I stayed for 2 nights, but apparently towels will not be changed or cleaning will be provided unless you stay for 7 days or more. No drinking water service and no slippers. Although it was cleaned, the toilet smelled a little like sewage. Personally, I don't think I'll return because there are hotels at the same price that are nicer, cleaner, and have better amenities. It was older than the photo and had the feel of a Southeast Asian residence.
