Good location, staff was helpful which we got only one towel in the room. Just one thing, the drain at the sink wasn’t go down as it should be.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly

It had a bathtub, which was a nice feature for Japanese people. Another advantage is that it's close to the station and you can take the subway to the city center.

The hotel should be in the 5th district of London, but it is very close to Tottenham Hale station, only 5 minutes away, and you can go to a large shopping mall nearby by Liangzhong station, which is convenient. This should be an express hotel, similar to... Although the cleanliness is good, the maintenance is not satisfactory. The bathroom only needs a shower, and the ceiling is like a stalactite hole dripping with water. But at this price, it’s still okay.

The traffic is very convenient

We always stay here when we're in London to watch Tottenham games. Great location and only a short trip at the underground to the city. Clean and fresh rooms, nice restaurant and great staff. Always nice to be welcomd by Sarah and Terry. We'll be back.

I had exceptional stay. During cmy stay, I experienced good service and staffs were very friendly. The room was clean to very high standard, food was delicious. Only drawback was that i didn't find any parking on site. I had to park very far. Overall I had lovely stay. Thank you.

Premier Inn Tottenham Hale offers clean, comfortable rooms and is conveniently located near transport links and local attractions. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast also good. limited parking but overall it provides great value for a budget stay.

Cheating with breakfast! We stayed in Premier Inn Tottenham Hale for 6 nights. Every single day they have missing things on breakfast ( nutella, fruits, butter, yoghurt, etc etc..) when we asked the hotel staff they said they have no more. We are paying a breakfast fee to take proper breakfast right? So it must be supplied. This was not one day case it repeated for 6 consecutive days. And also last day they changed to serving hours without noticing to 08:00 from 06:30, we have train to leave at 08:00. So we paid breakfast fee but we did not take it. So Breakfast is completely disaster in Premier Inn Tottenham Hale and very unsatisfactory!!!

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a decent size with good heating facilities. Can take a bit of a while to heat up but soon does and is super cosy. The hot water is fast and lasts a long time. WiFi was pretty fast and was easy to use the television which was modern and had freeview access. The hotel is situated in a convenient place, easy commute to the train station and also to shops in the retail park where you can get just about anything. Burger King is within 5 min walk and is 24 hour.

This hotel is a great base when visiting London. Only 5 min walk to Tottenham Hale rail and underground stations. On arrival to the hotel we were informed that both lifts were out-of-use and certain restrictions to the evening and breakfast menus. I will admit, this did initially cause concern. HOWEVER, the friendly, helpful and above all professional staff wholly made up for this. We were kept informed of ongoing issues during our 3 night stay and all the staff made huge efforts to minimise any impact where possible. Special recognition needs to go to Zena and Brandon. Not only helpful and friendly they freely offered advice about travelling to central London. Zena especially was cheerful and was able to answer all our enquiries, even that of our accompanying 11 year old, making her first visit very memorable.
