The room did not provide complimentary bottled water. Instead, guests were expected to fill a reusable bottle from a water purifier located in the room, which had to be refilled using the bathroom sink. This setup was less convenient than anticipated.

Nice and cosy room allocated. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Extended our checkout by an hour. Though an old hotel, well maintained and spacious room. Although our room was next to lifts, the room was very quiet.Only suggestion is to include a bidet next to toilet bowl.

Even though I specifically tried to avoid peak hours, check-in still took a slow 30 minutes, which felt excessive considering there were only two people ahead of me. Thankfully, one of our two rooms was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise and came with a large bathtub. As it's an older, established hotel, some facilities are a bit dated – for example, the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. However, the location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and just a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's.

I liked it. The hotel is better than expected based on the reviews. The room category was upgraded for free, and there is a transfer from the port. I recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at Sofitel Macau. We were greeted warmly by the front desk - Sammi and welcome team. Hotel location is great.

I booked Mansion place yearly at Sofitel. We always have a wonderful time celebrating our spacial family gathering here. This time the fragrance of the place was different from the past. Still Sofitel is one of the best for our family gathering. Good staff service!

Room is big and the customer service is good and helpful. The casino is inside the building and it near to sightseeing.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Macau’s historic district, as it’s only 17 minutes from the Ruins of St. Paul’s.

Room clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants

Sofitel Bed is comfy and provides strong support which is good for me.
