Macau Hotels with Gym

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities. check few photos (room details for more information.

Located just two or three bus stops away from Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, took bus no. 3 and arrived quickly at hotel. Very well decorated reception hall and well maintained room. Our suite was very spacious with one living room, one toilet in the living room, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with bathing area & bathtub and TVs with a well maintained fridge! Just down the hotel have eateries around and also a bus stop as well as taxi stand! Very well located and value for money hotel. Behind the hotel (Oriental Gate) have bus stop to catch a bus to Ruins of St. Paul’s! If you walk down the hotel towards the direction of Sands Hotel Macao, there are free coaches to go to all the major casinos and shopping malls!

The check in process was smooth and enjoyable, big thank you to Linda for such a good 1st mpression. My room was on 11th floor with a view of the pool and Sands. Very soft, comfy bed with a huge bathroom (rain shower is amazing here). There were a few issues though, their water kettle didn't work and I called for help. 4hrs later it still wasn't resolved, I called again and 1hr later it's finally replaced. I find it unfortunate to see that it takes a 5star hotel 5hrs to fix a broken kettle. The next morning I tried to use the coffee capsules machine, but again... it doesn't work. I called for help and this time it was quick, but the male staff who came in looked very unhygienic and didn't take off his shoes ,walking around inside the room. Then a female staff replaced the machine shortly and she was wonderful. The pool area has a slide, one jacuzzi along with a nice gym and locker rooms. I have to emphasize the locker rooms because inside also has another jacuzzi, wet+dry steam rooms and private massage rooms. Slippers, towels, lotions, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer are all provided. I especially enjoyed the steam rooms, very clean and relaxing. The cleanliness of the overall hotel is very good, except for some small coffee/soda stains left on the table from the room when I checked in. I think the resort needs to make sure all appliances are 100% working and cleaned room before the guests arrive, because I was definitely bothered and disappointed in this area, as I expected better from a high quality resort

It was our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it whenever we visit Macau. The location is great, and the prices are affordable. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water. A special thanks to Exor at the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful. He even upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, which was a relief since we were quite tired. We highly recommend the dinner and breakfast buffet at Praha Restaurant. The food selection is superb, especially the fresh oysters and sashimi. The noodles and BBQ section are also wonderful, managed by Marvin, who is always friendly and has a smile on his face. All the staff are fantastic, especially DJ and Rowena, who were attentive, cheerful, and made our stay even better. Overall, this hotel is fantastic, and we are already planning to come back next month!

Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

Had a wonderful 1N stay. Room was spacious and clean. Free coach rides to/from ferry terminals, airport, old district, etc which saved us on transport. Walkable to various clusters of hotel-cum-mall in Taipa. Breakfast was hearty portion and food was decent. Linked mall carries mostly luxury brands but was glad to find KoKei Bakery for must-try Portuguese egg tart and to bring home their famous pastry gift boxes. Had a nice chilled cocktail at their bar on level 6 of Eiffel Tower Replica. Good choice indeed.

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

Very spacious room for family… good location with lots of eateries around. Within walking distance to many tourists spot.. service was great from the staff too.. will definitely be back again☺️
