LLonely JournalistThe 2nd time being free upgraded to Superior Suite since last visit at April 19. Everything r still fine n satisfactory especially the bed+pillows r so comfy with nice cleanliness really perfect for restoration during the trip. Memorable.

AAnonymous UserThe spacious room has a seating area and two TVs. The location is good, directly opposite Galaxy. You can take a shuttlebus and get off at Galaxy, then walk across. However, there's an issue with the water system: the water is too hot and cannot be made warm; a plumber needs to be called to fix it. Additionally, the drainage in the bathroom is poor, with water draining very slowly. Overall, it's considered good value for money, and the staff are all very helpful.

GGuest UserI am a filipino, and the hotel is filipino friendly. The girl at the front desk was just okay but not that hospitable. The room was small but it was clean. The boy was very accommodating and kind. The trip was awesome.
