We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗

The welcoming service from Kris of the front desk provided us a great start of the hotel stay. Services from other hotel staff were nice too. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were above standard and the view was great too (we booked the Eiffel Tower view room). Would definitely choose Conrad again for our next trip.

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.

Location: Very convenient, the door is the bus stop, from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge take 102x directly to the door. check in: Staff doesn't understand Cantonese, no deposit required, room card is designated (only one) Lifts: bright enough, big enough, there are 2, to take cards to the room Corridor: Light, no odor (however someone opened the door to the rooftop in the morning, which was a bit weird Door: Normal, thick, good soundproofing Bathroom: Light, two towels each, good hygiene, no smell, clean towels with bathtub, however a bit high, be careful when entering and exiting. Minibar: Has normal stuff, no snacks, fridge is not cold (out of water), has two bottles of water. Bed: The pillows are one hard and one soft, the sheets are a little stained (acceptable), the duvet is warm enough with a USB plug at the headboard, but the light switch is a bit too bright Air conditioning: Relatively slow, you can adjust the temperature yourself Window: Curtains for blackout, but the light will burst between the curtains, the view is average (nor book this hotel for the view) Hair dryer: normal wind, normal temperature Wifi: Relatively weak, interrupts itself from time to time. This time I came to Macau and chose the newly opened London Renaissance to celebrate my birthday. The overall experience was great. First of all, I would like to thank Gordon from GuestRelations for his thoughtful service and room arrangements. He knew my room preferences in advance before check-in and arranged a series of room arrangements. He also helped us upgrade to a suite, which made this birthday experience even more memorable and happy. The room was large and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Although the hotel was newly opened not long ago, the room still had a slight smell, but it was acceptable after installing two air purifiers. The breakfast at Hampton Court was more refined and delicious than that at The Londoner Hua Ting, and the selection was very rich. When I left, they also gave me many small gifts. I am very grateful to the service staff of The Londoner Minghui Hotel for allowing us to spend a very happy and impressive birthday trip!

The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
