My stay at the Altira Hotel Macau was an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended luxury, comfort, and stunning views. The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular. My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

Highly recommend this hotel! Luxurious, super efficient service, everything 5* ! Definitely deserves the 5star hotel recognition. All superb, breakfast quality was amazing! Shuttle buses available to most places. Located in a nice area to walk around, view is amazing. Rooms are huge and clean. Housekeeping done efficiently. All the small things are noticed like cable ties for our cables, laundry given a bag, etc etc. World class hotel! Must stay here when visiting Macao, also one of the newer hotels!

Good location, nearby to public transport and easily accessible. Just opposite to the airport so we need not to carry our luggage to the public transport. You can stored your luggage here after check out as they prepared a room to help their guests.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

Because it is new, it is basically very clean, but the price is relatively high at 540rmb. Basically, it is recommended to add 100 to this price and choose Lisboa, which is more convenient, unless you are willing to take the bus here with your luggage. There are many strange things about the room design. It's quite strange to see slippers on the bed when you enter the room. The bathtub curtain doesn't seem to be waterproof. You need to take the electric kettle to another place to boil water. The TV remote control cannot be turned on because it is not set up properly. It doesn’t matter if the mobile phone has a remote control app that can turn on the TV. The hot and sour rice noodles nearby are pretty good. If you like the taste of chopped peppers, you can order medium spicy.

First, Ms. Joyce, an employee of London Renaissance, called me in advance to ask how many guests would be staying on this trip and whether there were any special celebrations or anniversaries. Ms Joyce has a very serious work attitude and a very gentle voice. Before I even checked into the London Harbour Hotel, I already felt how right I was to choose the London Harbour Hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the strong British style. The architecture and decoration are exquisite and elegant, as if you have traveled to London in a second. When checking in, I happened to meet Ms Arya, a hotel employee who had been in contact with me on WeChat. She not only helped me complete the procedures quickly, but also personally led us to the room. Along the way, Arya helped me take care of the children and patiently answered their questions. She not only introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, but also patiently answered our questions. Her service was professional and considerate. I just casually told Ms Joyce that this time we were celebrating my birthday and didn’t mention any requests for decoration or special requirements. I didn’t expect that Ms Joyce and Ms Arya would surprise us by upgrading the room first. After entering the room, the surprises continued. Arya even sang birthday song with the birthday cake she had carefully prepared for us. I was so touched at that moment! When we returned to the room at night, there was another surprise. Arya also prepared a heat patch to relieve leg fatigue and two bath balls for us. This is not just a stay, but more like a thoughtful surprise party. The room layout is impeccable, spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and every detail shows the quality. Joyce and Arya's warm service left a deep impression on this trip, allowing me and my children to spend an extremely warm and unforgettable time!

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. The hotel is 8-min walk from Grand Lisboeta, not easy to locate though. There are three doors to enter to the hotel and there was no staff present at the line friends hotel- I had to check in on the other side. These special Line Friend-themed rooms are located only on 3/F, so don’t expect to enjoy views inside the room. The room design is cute with lots of Brown and things are clean. However, I requested a double bed but they could not arrange and gave me two twin beds at the end. I enjoyed the express checkout service.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
