The cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center. The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Easy to get around with the public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water shower and they send help very soon after our call. The breakfast was good too, but not much changes for the three days I was there.

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of trip and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).

I loved the hotel service and staff, they really go above and beyond. The location is a bit far from the city but there is a bus that takes u to city centre in 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, would recommend!

The worst of the worst. The front desk clerk seemed like a random person, or perhaps someone with a low IQ. We provided a reservation for 4 people, stating that two rooms were for 2 people. They then opened two more rooms for us, making it four double rooms for the 4 of us. Are they truly normal people? They didn't explain it clearly at the time, sometimes referring to it as a deposit, sometimes as room fee. Later, they said they would refund us. The money wasn't with them, but in the bank. They were traveling in Europe at the time and didn't bother to take care of it. Now that I'm back in China, I still haven't received the email, and they won't even send an email. Anyone who stays here is out of luck. Beware! Even worse was breakfast the next day. Our reservation clearly stated double breakfast, but when we got there, they said there was only one room available. We showed them our reservation, and they told us to go to the front desk on the second floor. We went, but they said their manager wasn't around, even though it was clearly written in black and white. They wouldn't even let us in for breakfast. The worst part is, my parents went in for breakfast, already holding their plates, and were kicked out again! Are you a hotel like this? Or are you discriminating? I don't know what you're so superior about. These lousy hotel workers don't even know the most basic respect. How is your country developed? Is it developed in terms of sexual openness? Did developed countries colonize the world 100 years ago? This is the most infuriating time ever. This is my first negative review ever.

The hotel is located next to the Golden Head Park. The environment is very good and staying here is a very unique experience. The hotel facilities are not very new but the sanitary conditions are good and the bed is relatively comfortable

The transportation is a bit inconvenient, you need to take a taxi to go out, but everything else is OK
