Hotel is good however the room we are in has a quilt cover that felt used and with dust on it.

A very nice hotel with elegance and style. Attentive and friendly staff. The room was very clean and well-furnished. It had everything you need, including a small minibar with a coffee machine and free soft drinks and water. We slept very well; the climate and bed were pleasant. We would love to come back again, thank you.

The hotel has a great view, the restaurant is good, the room is clean and new, and it is close to the Lucerne train station. Just a short walk across the bridge and you will arrive.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!
