Stay away from this hotel, there are many other better choices. I arrived in the afternoon but the hotel was closed so I had to call the staff. As you can imagine, no one speaks English but they understood that I was in front of the hotel and I was waiting to check in. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone arrived to open: no “hello”, no “sorry”. The owner just asked me the passport with arrogance. Then, hotel gives you the wechat contact if you need assistance after your arrival: I olny asked an information about the city and they replied 8 hours after… I had the feeling they were upset for having a foreigner in the hotel.

Room was big and very comfortable, nice bed and decent bathroom, clean enough. Included a free tea and a little New Year cake which was very nice. Great location only 10 minutes from the old town or the metro. The owner was friendly and helpful given I don't speak Chinese. It's the only place I've stayed in China where the owner has taken me to the police station to register my passport - usually they make a copy and do it themselves so I'm not sure why it was done this way, but it wasn't really an issue and the lady recommended me a nice breakfast on the way so it was no problem at all. Overall was pretty good and I'd stay again.

The host was really friendly and helpful, she even helped wash my clothes! Hotel is new and clean, and location is perfect. Really worth the stay!

Very nice place, friendly staff who are very helpful. Good location. However, foreigners should be aware that there is some weird policy in Luoyang where they make you go to the police station to register rather than accepting online registration like all other hotels. On the day, the police station’s system was broken so we sat in the station for 40 min while some negotiation went on between the owner and the police officer. After, they eventually took our passport photo and let us go. Seems no one knows why they do this, so be aware.

I travel a lot and this is my favorite hotel. They were so good to me and my family. They brought 2 cars to the railway station to collect us and our luggage, then helped with the police and showed us where everything is. They could not have been more welcoming... it was like visiting family, who I like. Definitely recommend.

Luoyang might be a bit overrated, however this hotel was really sweet and so was the kind owner with her handsome dog!

We had no choice but to call alone until someone answered and asked us to come down to check in. Parking is at the door of the homestay. There is a narrow street at the door of the homestay. There is also parking on the roadside. The homestay is not parked on the roadside, but in the small square in front of the gate. But it depends on luck? There is no help to reserve a place like other homestays. It is a bit like a semi-public parking space. You can park if there is a vacancy. You may also be blocked and unable to get out. Of course, it all depends on how you park. After staying for 2 days, the garbage in the room was not emptied, the sanitation was not cleaned, and the water was not replenished. If you need it, you can go downstairs to the front desk. The floor of the room is not the kind that requires slippers, because it is very dirty. The soles of the slippers we brought with us are all black, so we can only throw them away. Then the projector screen is tilted and there is no way to adjust it. After all, the room is small, so don't expect too much. This hotel and homestay in all cities for self-driving tours are not the cheapest. The others can only be said to be the last among those I have stayed in. It is within walking distance to the ancient city, but not very close. We have various restrictions and have few choices. The advantage is that the proprietress showed up on the day of departure. She also got up to deal with those who left early and her attitude was very good. However, if there is a next time, I should choose another one that is closer to the scenic spot. However, I will not come back to Luoyang next time, and the playability is low.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Luoyi Ancient City and Yingtianmen. You can go shopping in the evening. The boss was very enthusiastic and told us where to find snacks and how to get to the scenic spots. The refrigerator is stocked with water and drinks, which are provided to guests for free. The room is clean and comfortable. The boss pulled a clothesline outside the gate so that clothes could be dried, and he helped keep an eye on it. Because the return ticket was late, after checking out, the boss helped us keep our luggage while we went out for fun. Thank you very much.

The boss is very enthusiastic and can help store luggage after check-out. The surrounding area of ​​the B&B is quiet, clean and not far from the cross street of Luoyi Ancient City. It was a very satisfying stay experience!
