One of the worst hotel for bugs or cockroach 🪳.! I don't how trip.com allowe this hotel for their guest. !

Room not cleaned properly full of dust on the wall and cockroaches over the room. No window and hardly a very small room. We are paying but not clean rooms. Singapore is clean but not these hotels.

Very good hotel. No bad smell, very clean, stuff behaviour is very good. excellent location. Neat to MRT. Food available near hotel.

Location is excellent. It’s very close to shopping mall and Mustafa Center, a huge supermarket. Room is simple. One thing that bothered me was that there were a lot of little flies coming out of the shower drain. They kept coming out of the dirty drain. The area under the sink was dirty as well. Location is best. Room is spacious. Cleanliness should be improved, have cockroaches in room and bathroom. Bathroom is very small.

I certainly made the right choice in booking Tai Hoe Hotel. It's perfect for my family of four. I did not even experience the bad reviews I've read. I highly recommend this hotel, they clean the room daily, changes towels daily and provides us daily supply of coffee and milk tea and bottled water. Dispenser and coffee pot are also available. Tai Hoe Hotel thank you for the great experience. The location is superb too. Stones throw away from Mustafa center which is 24 hours open, lots of food around and just cross the street City Square Mall is right there. 3 minutes away is Farrer Park MRT station.

On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Tai Hoe Hotel from August 7 to 9, 2025. The Double Redux Rooms were tidy, well-equipped, and offered a relaxing environment after a day out. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist whenever needed. Its central location made getting around Singapore very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby. Overall, a great choice for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.

The room was old, furniture's and facilities were old and dirty, counter staff were not helpful and friendly at all... just one word - BAD!!!
