"I specifically chose to come here on a weekday from Huangshan, and it was wonderfully quiet and uncrowded! The numerous positive reviews online definitely didn't lie. The place isn't huge, but it's very refined. The architecture has that Song Dynasty style, similar to what you'd see in 'The Story of Minglan'. I booked a twin room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, offering direct views of Mount Daiao from the room. The sound healing room, with its singing bowls, was even more amazing; just listening to the bowls brought a complete sense of calm. In the evening, after enjoying some local cuisine, I went for a swim in the pool to aid digestion. The next day, the weather was beautiful. Following the instructor, I practiced Baduanjin on the lawn, with stunning mountain and lake views. Suddenly, I thought, living like this, just watching the mountains and feeling the breeze, doesn't sound bad at all!"
