GGuest User[Location] The hotel is located in the best viewing location of Zhaiji Mountain, which represents the scenic spot on the Sichuan-Tibet Line in southern Anhui. You can see the sunrise, starry sky and panoramic views of the top of the mountain.
[Facilities] Single-family upper and lower-level cabins similar to bird cages, air-conditioned bathrooms are fully furnished, can take a bath on the top of the mountain, can't praise it anymore
[Service] The front desk lady called in advance to remind you to bring small snacks, WeChat butler service is warm, breakfast is also very rich the next day, very satisfied
[Price] Considering the essence of the mountaintop, the cost of building the cabin and the operating cost, the emotional value that can bring, this price is not expensive at all.

GGuest UserI have to climb Yefu Mountain once a year. I am going to stay at the foot of the mountain for one night this year. I chose the water color. It is not too awkward. The experience is superb! The homestay is built in the Qifeng Valley Scenic Area. There are reservoirs, hills, and children's play areas. There are few people and beautiful scenery. Vehicles need to be reserved by hotel guests before entering the scenic area. The homestay is built next to the reservoir, and it is integrated with the scenery. You can fish in two steps. At night, the boss helps us process the small fish we caught. The taste is delicious. The sanitation and service of the homestay are first-class. The hot pot set meal we ordered is delicious and affordable. The dishes are grown in the yard, healthy and fresh. Breakfast is served according to the number of people, and the sun is on the poolside to taste the exquisite breakfast. It is too enjoyable. It is a pity that the pool can't swim in the cold, or the children will definitely have a good time in the pool. Next year, I will choose Ha Ha!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel room smelled quite bad when I first entered it, after all, it was newly renovated. Secondly, I felt that the hotel was not friendly to children. I called the front desk to ask if they had toothbrushes for children. The front desk hesitated and asked my companion for a long time before telling me that yes, but when the toothbrushes were delivered to the room, I was told that I would need to pay an extra 20 yuan for children's toothbrushes. I was a little surprised, because I have stayed in hotels of all sizes and this was the first time I heard this. Maybe I have too little experience. In the end, they gave me an adult toothbrush. Because we checked in late, there were not many guests checking in at that time. There were three people in total checking in, and there were two people queuing in front. At the beginning, there was only one check-in window at the front desk, and there was someone at the counter next to it, but she did not invite us to check in. Instead, she took the initiative to ask if she could check in at her place, and then she said yes. After all, bringing children so late at night must want to check in early and rest early, so the proactive service awareness needs to be improved. There was a strange noise coming from the air outlet of the air conditioner in the other room. I couldn't stand it anymore in the middle of the night and had to turn off the air conditioner to stop it. In short, the experience was quite bad.

MMichael ClWe booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days.
Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.

環境：風景好，雖然衹是架空層建築，但，走在棧道上的感覺挺好，尤其是周邊的樹上爬着風車茉莉，陣陣香味，夜間看起來更有氛圍。住宿區域有密碼門設定，安全！
衞生：房間內很乾凈，陽台上偶爾會有點風吹來的小樹葉但這不重要。窗簾有點點灰塵味道，地毯沙發因為是淺色所以原本的臟污痕跡會有些明顯。但不得不説整體還是很不錯的。已經非常出乎意料了
設施：房間內有小童玩具，小童拖鞋浴袍，洗手液很香，智能馬桶，戴森吹風機。
房間非常乾淨整潔，小童用品都有，也贈送了水果和瓶裝水，房間裏有小童玩具。贈送的早餐挺好，單點挺貴。酒店門口就是小童遊樂區域，玩水玩沙爬高滑梯，邊上就是小溪，踩着小石頭過小溪有種探險意味。遊樂區外圍還有親子步道，可沿着小溪方向散步，地面有着趣味引導，十步一景山間野趣。酒店對面過馬路就是農場和無限動力樂園（鞦韆滑索沒了），9.9一包胡蘿蔔量挺實在，可以考慮區附近的小超市採購一些飲料零食。沿着農場的小路，進過水塘區域從小門出去就是柴火灶（一般為團體項目和露營地，那裡就是親子餐廳，可衹提供套餐（户外燒烤套餐299起，室內地鍋雞套餐188起，想點菜的需要提前一天預訂）。沿着親子餐廳的路走到馬路邊，向右就是個小超市，可以採購水和零食，比酒店划算種類也多謝。我們沿着路一直走十分鐘找到了慶源農家樂，是個可以點菜吃飯的地，三鮮鍋加番茄炒蛋和一份米飯136，不過三鮮鍋確實很鮮。附近雖有房屋農家但人不多大多房屋都是閉門的。街道上也沒什麼人，蟬鳴蛙叫，農場五點半就關了。從街道走回酒店時遠遠的看着酒店燈光有種安心的感覺。項目都有但也不算很大，玩樂的話各玩個一兩小時就差不多了，住一晚正好。

Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante.
Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante.
En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.

XXiaobao♥lvxingOverall, Jinjiang Wenhua is a good traditional hotel with complete facilities and a suitable breakfast in the restaurant. The location in Lijiang County is good and convenient for transportation. Self-driving is still easy to get there, and the security guard at the door is very good at directing the parking. It's really good to walk to the Lijiang River and the Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui.

AAnonymous UserWeekend trip with kids. After booking the room, the housekeeper contacted us in advance. The service was quite considerate. The housekeeper replied to any questions on WeChat very quickly. The hotel is in a valley. The cicadas are very loud in midsummer, but the sound insulation is quite good when the door is closed. It has not been open for long. The overall hardware facilities are good. However, there is no USB charging port. I was a little dumbfounded as I only brought a data cable. The kids like the outdoor swimming pool very much and have a lot of fun. There is breakfast, but there is no other table meal except for the small hot pot. You have to drive out to eat. The hot spring pool is not open. You can experience it in winter next time.

GGuest User[Environment] Quiet in the middle of noisy, turn into the resort on the quiet side of the road, surrounded by mountains and rivers, don't have a view.
[Facilities] The parent-child facilities at the door are very good. There are free large slides, beach areas, playgrounds, and fee facilities such as go-karting, kayaking, motorboats and water bicycles. Children especially like them.

[Meal] The restaurant's meal was a surprise. Several dinners were ordered in the hotel, cleaner than the farmhouse next to it, and the taste was much lighter (the local restaurant next to it felt a bit salty). The portion is also very sufficient.
