I came to the local area to do business and came to the beautiful seaside hotel. I stayed in two rooms and it was very cost-effective. The hotel was clean and bright everywhere. The staff were warm and courteous. Customers' problems would be reported to the management in a timely manner. During my stay in the hotel, Ms. Feng Hongyan was very helpful. We solved various problems, and the hotel staff's professionalism was demonstrated in their treatment of others. The hotel's service was the highlight, and the environment was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean, the hotel environment was very quiet, the air was very good, the hotel aunt's service attitude was super good, the real name praised Aunt Zhan Fenglan, because of the children, the children eat and drink in the house, the aunt actively helped us dump all the garbage in the trash can, and asked us if the water was enough to drink! The room hygiene is not bad, that is, the location of the hotel is still incomplete, especially the black road that enters the hotel is really doubtful. In addition to the location or the surrounding supporting facilities are not perfect, other aspects of the hotel are OK. The child likes this parent-child room very much. Some small toys need to be replaced with batteries, or it is better to add some toys. There are also bugs found twice in the room, which does not look like cockroaches.
The hotel has no milk for breakfast, I hope the hotel can add it later.

The room was very clean. It was the first time I lived in a house that was not trendy. The facilities were very complete. There was a gym to play billiards and a children's playground. The hotel can also have breakfast and dinner, the dishes are sufficient, and the things in the small shops are not expensive. The overall environment is great. GGuest UserI originally planned to stay here on the first and last days of my trip to Yantai, but I booked too late on the first day and didn't make it. I came here on the last day and was pleasantly surprised. This is the best hotel I've stayed in since my trip. I received a call before I arrived asking for any needs. I got slippers and toothbrushes for the children. The room was very clean, the design was very good, the service was in place, the breakfast was varied and delicious, it was amazing, it was a model hotel. When I left, I gave the child a souvenir, and the child said he just wanted this, so there was no need to buy it. It was very much to his liking, and I would still stay at his house in the future.

Hygiene: Very good! The most amazing thing about my visit to my parents' home during the Chinese New Year is the cleanliness. The glass is so transparent that I thought there was no glass installed. There is no odor in the room. Every corner is clean!
Service: The front desk lady is very responsible and responsive. She also gave fruit plates and pokers for two consecutive days.
The south side of the 8th floor is very suitable for sleeping in the afternoon. It is warm and the room is bright!

The service is very good, from the lobby reception to the room cleaning auntie, even the hotel pool reception and lifeguard service are all very good. There are many room types and the layout is reasonable. It is very friendly to families with many children. No other hotel can compare with this. In the end, two souvenirs were sent home. The hotel swimming pool is clean and the water temperature is high. The children like it very much and go swimming every day. The free baby crib is also very good. My family and children are very happy. I will designate this hotel when I return to my parents' home in the future.
