What touched me most was that when I needed something in the middle of the night, she immediately arranged for a robot to deliver it without hesitation. In this age where even food delivery is all about efficiency, it's so rare to encounter such friendly service! Because of Ayu, this hotel is now on my "must-stay" list; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

In the quiet of the night, I reflected on whether I hadn't tried hard enough, whether I should have booked a more expensive hotel, whether this was divine punishment… In conclusion: No! Because the Longkou Grand Hotel I stayed at for the same price a couple of days ago was much better! Additional information: This morning, when I went to the front desk to ask where the restaurant was, the receptionist looked puzzled and told me that the hotel didn't have a restaurant, asking which platform I had booked through. Later, another receptionist promptly gave me a breakfast voucher and told me to go eat across the street..."
