My overall experience staying at the Kimpton Hainan Clearwater Bay was excellent! The hotel's decor is elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of class. I have to praise Hesper from the guest relations department for his attentive service! I mentioned my birthday in advance, and not only was he able to arrange a room with a great view, but he also secretly arranged birthday decorations and sent a delicate cake and gifts. It was a very pleasant experience. The housekeeper Vicky was very sincere, proactive and enthusiastic. She responded to all requests and responded very quickly. 1. The hotel's outsourced workers were working on the poolside with a power drill in the morning, even though the pool was open. They were also smoking. This hotel is like a rotten tomato in a fancy lunch box. I feel so bad for the owner's expensive interior renovations, but the disastrous service from the housekeepers makes me seriously suspect they're temporary employees. Aside from being a popular spot for influencers to check in and take photos, I completely don't recommend this hotel for anything else. There are plenty of established resort hotels in Sanya for the same price. For a luxury brand under InterContinental, I can only say that everyone should lower their expectations! First, we didn't have a trip to Lingshui.
