I do not speak Chinese, and every hotel staff member is very caring and enthusiastic about communicating with me. Excellent service. Good location in the center of the town. The hotel is new and clean. I only stayed one night. I am pleased with my stay.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is close to Wang Family Compound. Shops an restaurants are in the same street. Breakfast was also very good. We certainly recommend this stay!

The room is clean and warm, with floor heating and air conditioning. For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, this is definitely the best choice. The scenic spot is just outside the window, and the parking lot is very close, only a 2-minute walk away, and parking is free. The breakfast was also very good. It was my first time to eat steamed buns and fried ham. The table setting is also very artistic. If you travel to Wangjiayuan, I really recommend this hotel.

It really lives up to its reputation! During the Great Snow season, the temperature is low and the area around the Wang Family Courtyard is also deserted. The hotel looks quite inconspicuous from the outside, but it is warm and cozy once you enter the lobby, not only because of the heating, but also because of the hospitality of the girls at the front desk. She helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and when she heard that I had leg pain, she immediately brought me a foot bath. Every time a guest goes up or down the stairs, a waiter will come out to inquire. The bedding was good quality and very comfortable. The tea room on the first floor is very tasteful. It's two minutes away from the ticket gate of Wangjiayuan. There are delicious restaurants all around. The hotel is very clean and the front desk service is very good.

This is my second time traveling in Shanxi. The people here are warm and hospitable. The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from Wang's Courtyard. It is clean and has an elegant environment. The boss is a particularly warm-hearted person.

提前溝通後給免費升級了親子房，空間寬敞又温馨，特別適合帶娃出行。房間裏的智能客控系統超方便，燈光、窗簾一鍵操作，科技感滿滿，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。最貼心的是，酒店還提供免費漢服體驗，大人小孩都能穿，拍照特別出片，滿滿的儀式感。房間裏還貼心準備了小零食，孩子看到就兩眼放光，細節處太加分了！衞生方面完全沒話説，犄角旮旯都乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。地理位置更是絕，到王家大院走路衹要3分鐘，逛景點省時又省力。必須誇誇前台的幾位工作人員，態度熱情又耐心，不僅詳細介紹了附近的景點路線，還推薦了超地道的當地特色小吃，跟着吃完全不踩雷。這樣性價比高、服務又貼心的酒店，下次來肯定還選這裏！

酒店位置優越，出門就是步行街，離景區很近，吃飯購物都挺方便的，有免費的古裝衣服可以體驗，還可以喝茶，必須誇誇酒店的枕頭，睡着很舒服，一整晚安睡，房間衞生設施都沒的説，房間還給配着一次性毛巾和浴巾，前台服務很好，很耐心的給講解附近的旅遊景點，主動幫忙拿行李，看見帶着孩子還免費給升級了草莓熊親子房。

網上看評價找的酒店，感覺不錯，七月小姐姐服務態度超棒！給免費升級到女生房間，送小零食，伴手禮，還幫忙接快遞，看我東西多還幫着拿行李送上樓，很有耐心。房間很乾凈無異味，有小茶道、瑜伽墊的健身球，佈置的也雅緻。酒店位於王家大院進口處，相當方便，走着幾分鐘就到，樓下都是飯店，吃飯也方便。唯一遺憾不能停車在酒店樓下，確實是寸土寸金沒地方，不過走路100米斜對面就是停車場，15元一天還是能接受的，整體不錯，如果有朋友來玩會推薦的
