Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

Among the best hotels in Batusangkar. There was a Minang dance show during our stay until Sunday. Overall very satisfied with this hotel

Very impressed with the friendly service. Especially Mrs. Feby Sukma as a person in the front line was very helpful in several things that I was confused about and provided solutions that I think are very helpful.

The first 4* hotel in Batu Sangkar, the service is satisfactory, cleanliness is ok, the food is quite varied, maybe the fried rice needs to have a little less salt because it is for those who don't like salty food and are on a salt diet.

The rooms are nice, safe, beautiful balcony view, peaceful and comfortable for resting

Comfortable hotel with good service.. thank you Ms. Feby for providing friendly service and also giving free early check in because I happened to have just finished a long trip so I wanted to rest right away.. hopefully Emersia will be more advanced and continue to improve its hotel services and facilities👍👍👍
