Has a fantastic time at Crowne Plaza. Check-in was smooth and service was fantastic.

The hotel is clean and well located. Gym lacks light, some problems with gym doors but the people at the front desk is very helpful

The Crowne Plaza is always my go-to in Lima due ro the convenience of the location to all the restaurants and bars in the Miraflores district that make the Lima experience what it should be. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the decor of the room is confortable without being too fancy. The guest services here are exceptional and the breakfast is the best meal of the day with a huge range of options.

Very good. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. The hotel is not very big. There is a conference room that can be used for free. There are computers, printers, pens, and paper inside, which is very convenient.

The location is excellent and the surrounding transportation and dining are convenient. The hotel is newly renovated, but the elevator is slow. The breakfast is average, but the fruit is rich and the service is warm. Gym equipment is limited.

It's an older hotel with basically no services. One bottle of water per day.
