I personally think you have more problems because you didn't mention the problem with the room on the first day of your stay, but on the second day you asked not to change rooms and needed to renew this room. If you give me a bad review just for staying for free, I cannot accept it. I accept our shortcomings and the problems you pointed out. I have explained and responded to them one by one and proposed compensation. It's just that you asked for a full refund of my room fee as compensation. I'm sorry, I can't do that. After all we are open for business and you stayed for 4 days. You pay 200 yuan for a room, but require the services and hardware facilities of a 5-star hotel, which we cannot provide.
