谢谢丽江乐曼森 · La Maison! Beautiful accommodation in ancient chinese courtyard style and located at Lijiang ancient town (behind main road, so easy access to private cars)! 阿椰 was our assigned guest manager and he was super helpful with recommendations.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail in the room, from the modern amenities to the cozy atmosphere, contributed to a truly relaxing stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base to explore the Old Town of Lijiang. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member was approachable and friendly, offering personalized attention. It's rare to experience such warm and genuine hospitality, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Room is very clean and spacious. So many intelligent gadgets to enjoy. The ancient city is about 7-8 minutes walk.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our personal assistant service named Ar-Wen is so good. He is taking care of us and always recommend lijiang old town and arrangement of pick-up and drop-off service to the railway station. Our room comes with free afternoon tea, free breakfast (but we can enjoy only the last day since the breakfast open at 8am) and also free pick-up and drop-off at the railway station. The room is so large and very comfortable with heating. They don’t have lift or elevator but we are fine with that. The location is also good. It is within reach of old town, but not in old town so much so you can walk out to take taxi very easily within a few mins. All in all, I would recommend anyone to stay here if you come to lijiang.

A wonderful new hotel to stay in Lijiang, very near the main road so it is easy when taking a taxi to other parts of the city. Yet it is within the old town, quiet and peaceful, so one gets a good rest whenever needed. Very friendly staff and Mr Ah Hua is especially helpful and enthusiastic. Mr Ah Tai is also very helpful with recommendations. We got free pick up and drop off services from and to the Railway station and that is a bonus. La Maison provides a lovely daily breakfast and tea time treats with freshly brewed coffee. A fantastic 5 day stay indeed!

Before making the booking, I was quite skeptical of all the rave reviews (honestly, they all look like AI-generated). I am so glad that I went ahead with my booking in the end. The reviews were true! LaMaison was truly the highlight of our trip! Arrival: If you arrive in a standard sedan car, you can be driven to the doorstep of the hotel. We arrived in a 19-seater tour bus and were dropped off a short walk away. That was no problem at all as we didn’t have to worry about our luggage. The hotel manager/butler A-Liu contacted us beforehand and arrived right on time to help ferry all the luggage in a cart. Location: Excellent. With LaMaison located at the edge of the Old Town, we enjoyed both the convenience of exploring the Old Town on foot and a peaceful and quiet environment. Rooms: As mentioned by the other reviewers – the rooms are new, comfortable, beautiful and big (for the price). In fact the whole hotel was beautiful - every corner was photo-worthy. Service: Our hotel butler, A-Liu was contactable and responsive via wechat. He addressed all our questions and needs promptly. He also offered us an upgrade so that my teenager could have a private area in the room and a comfortable bed instead of just an extra mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at LaMaison very much. The value was unbeatable. As part of the room price, we were offered daily breakfast, afternoon tea, supper and drop off at the train station at the end of the stay. A-Liu also provided a detailed map of the Old Town and offered to take us on a private tour of the Old Town Can’t recommend LaMaison enough!

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Manson, the staffs at the front desk were very warm and friendly and made our stay a very pleasant one 😀 The room was clean, and the bed and memory foam pillows was also very comfy 👌 😀 Special shoutout to 小段 for his friendly and prompt service 👍👍 小段 would always check in with us everyday and helped to coordinate our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour as we asked him for recommendation for a tour there. He was also very helpful in giving us recommendations on places to visit in Lijiang and always chatted with us whenever we came back to the hotel, and made sure everything was ok. 小段 is also very prompt in his service and went above and beyond 😊 he also helped to arrange for a free taxi pickup to the hotel on our arrival and drop-off to the train station on our last day.😁 Also, our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea which were delicious and kept us full 😊 we really enjoyed the afternoon tea drinks, popcorn chicken and French fries that we would come back almost each day for the afternoon tea 😁 And on the last day, 小段 gave us this beautiful ceramic jug which is such a sweet gift and lovely gesture. 🥰 Will recommend you to stay at Le Manson! We also enjoyed the peaceful neighbourhood the hotel was in 😊 the hotel was also at a convenient location. 😁

The location is superb, right on the old town with car access to the hotel front. The design of the hotel is brilliant with taste, clean and tranquil gardens. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our butler 阿文 offered help not just inside the hotel. He recommended good local restaurants in the old town and explained how to get around the old town. I sms him with questions and got instant response. We stayed there for three nights which we hoped we should spend a few days more. The breakfast provided enough varieties. I loved the walnut soya milk they have. We also have free afternoon tea and warm white fungus soup for supper. I will definitely come again and spend more time to explore more scenic areas.

Overall a superb experience with the boutique staff being extraordinary responsive, friendly and helpful. They gave good advice for where you can visit and have a nice meal. Besides, the hotel is located at a super convenient place and having one of the best views at the town, can find in the pics for the great mountain view right above a super cosy town just right at our window. Last but not least, although the variety of food for breakfast is slightly less, but the quality for each dish we tried has been quite above the standard, and they serve nice coffee and snacks too.

The amenities exceeded my expectations: from the in-house cafe offering freshly brewed Yunnan coffee to the tea room where guests can enjoy local teas in a peaceful environment. The 24-hour butler service ensured that every need was met with warmth and efficiency. I also appreciated the fitness facilities, perfect for a quick workout while staying on vacation. Waking up to a stunning view of the mountains from the terrace was a highlight of my stay. It’s clear that every aspect of La Maison is designed to immerse guests in nature and serenity. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or an extended stay to explore Lijiang’s cultural treasures, La Maison is the perfect sanctuary. Highly recommended!

Upon check-in, we were greeted and hosted by Xiao Duan, together with a few other staff to bring all our heavy luggage to our room on the second floor. Xiao Duan as the duty manager, also left a heartwarming message card for us in our room as we arrived. Whenever we had queries or needed help, he and his colleagues are always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile. The hotel also provided complimentary laundry service, which helped us greatly as we had lots of dirty laundry accumulated from other locations previously. Xiao Duan also meticulously helped us to check the status of our laundry as not all were dried readily after washing and sent those that were not dried, for a second dry. The hotel also provides afternoon tea and evening desserts. Strongly recommended if you are dropping by Lijiang for a short visit. Excellent service by the hotel. Good job!

I was drawn to this hotel after reading a traveller’s review and I’m definitely very glad to have stayed here. The location is perfect because is it within the ancient city, but at a location where cars are able to stop right at the door-step, so we don’t need to walk on the cobblestone with our luggage. Service was also impeccable. Ah-wen contacted me promptly the next day after I’d made my booking, to arrange the complimentary airport pick-up, instead of waiting for guests to ask them, as with most hotels. Ah-tai received us when we arrived at the hotel and gave us a lot of useful information and tips about Lijiang and the ancient city. He took the extra effort to book the Jade Dragon Snow mountain tickets at 9pm sharp, to make sure we could get tickets. All these were much appreciated. Breakfast spread was good, and tea snacks were served, if you are in the hotel in the afternoon. This is such a great find and I’ll definitely want to come back to stay here the next time I’m in Lijiang

Very comfortable spacious rooms with good beds, good shower and bright windows. Service was excellent and very personalized- gave us great recommendations and advice, which made us felt being very well taken care of during the entire stay. Great location being very close to the main road- but also within walking distance to explore Lijiang Ancient City.

The best stay in Yunnan and a very new hotel. Top class amenities and service. Location is great. You can drive directly in so you will not have to roll your luggages through the cobbled path in the old town. Old town of Lijiang is huge. A great place to station yourself in Lijiang. Smart room that allows voice control for the lights and curtains. We also got upgraded to a bigger room. Thank you team, for the free upgrade!
