I thought the towels, toothbrush, toothpaste and nightwear were free- you have to pay for it. And bring a shoe smell neutralizer. The dorm I was in has a stinky smell of someone’s shoe 😑 But overall it was okay.

We found the pricing for a night’s stay at the Hotel Plus Hostel Sapporo to be quite erratic. Immediately after confirming our flights we were able to book 2 consecutive nights’ stay at a reasonable price. Later while refining our itinerary we wanted to add another night here but for the following week. To our shock the price for the same type of room has more than doubled. But this phenomenon was not repeated in other hotels in the vicinity! Anyway we found the location of this hotel/hostel to be seriously amazing. It is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean & best of all it came with a private bathroom. The facilities were in line with our expectations & the service good.

Location is good, clean so far, the cabinets is huge for me as in capsule hotel. Will book again if visit sapporo next time.

If you are a female traveler alone, do not stay here. I am not sure if they are homeless, but it is full of old men. I slept with the curtains closed, but when I woke up in the morning, the curtains were slightly raised. They do not keep your luggage after you check out.

Although it is a youth hostel, the single room is large enough for activities, and there is a locker to keep important items. Downstairs is the bustling Tanukikoji shopping street. It is a very good and cost-effective accommodation 👌🏻

The price/performance ratio is very high, and it is very suitable for a single person traveling on a budget. Japan is a small place, so you need to book accommodation at least half a month in advance. Please note that you need to walk into the hotel along Tanukikoji and don't be distracted by the navigation. The hygiene situation is very good! Each bed also has a storage box, which is a nice detail.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Xiaoli Commercial Street. There are many restaurants in the business district downstairs, and the rail transit is just a few steps away. There are 30 people in one room, and men and women live together. If you can't find a more convenient place, you can consider this. The hygiene is a bit worrying, the bed sheets and quilt covers are not very clean, it is best to bring your own disposable quilt covers, bath towels, and slippers. To put it simply, the advantage here is the good location, and the rest is very average.

The front desk staff is very good, the room hygiene service is good, the surrounding shopping is convenient, and the commercial street is very close.

Good location, cheap price, but not clean at all. The room smells damp, no air circulation. But the bed is wide enough to put a suitcase. If it was cleaner, it would be better. The bathroom is clean enough. But this is the worst hostel with common area I've ever encountered. There are only seats, no tools or equipment. It's okay to stay for 1 night, but you might not be able to stay for many nights.

Good room quality, affordable price suitable for students. We went in a group of 4 people, the room was spacious enough. Private bathroom and toilet so very convenient.

We booked a room for two people. It was a super small room. When we opened the door, we hit the bed. There was only one person on the bed and only one person on the bed. We each took a medium-sized suitcase in the room, which was basically empty. In the end, we folded the suitcases and had to pull the suitcases to the corridor every night before we could unpack and take things out, so please consider carefully if you make a reservation. However, they have other rooms. They look very big in the photos, so I don’t know the actual ones. The rest are actually very good, very clean, and there are no bad guests.
