Great view . Great hospitality. Great staff . Credit to the restaurant staff who is very polite and kind . Her service is exceptional. I didn’t manage to get her name as I was rushing for my flight . I will d definitely come back to this hotel .

The hotel has great location. The view is to die for!The view is the best part of this hotel. But to be honest it has become little old. It’s furniture and rooms are not so impressive. People and staff are nice but I would skip staying here again since it’s a 5 star property but doesn’t give that vibe.

Nice hotel. Not so nice when events are going on within as it gets very busy and can’t use outdoor space. Rooms very nice and clean.

Best for value. The hotel I always stayed whenever Travel to Mumbai. Clean, room is comfortable and spacious. Delicious and variety of breakfast. Recommend to stayed.

Hotel was good, had an issue with a leaking shower, was just annoyed that I had to complain 3 times before the room was changed as we were only there for 2 nights. overall breakfast was decent and the location was really good

If it’s your first time in India and it’s also rainy season, I don’t recommend staying here. The beach had a lot of trash I guess due to the weather, so the view wasn’t very nice. The bed was clean, but the floor had many stains and wasn’t super clean. The bathroom was fine, but the glass hadn’t been cleaned since I could see handprints on it from previous guests. The staff was very nice though.

The hospitality here is always family like. The location is spot on & helps you travel around ease. The reception could be fast moving & more efficient.

This is a shame in the name of NOVOTEL. They don’t even change linens . Bathroom amenities such as shampoo / body wash are not refilled . Breakfast is a terrible experience. Not staying here ever after.

This hotel is the Indian Standard. I don't like the services which ready uppon being requested as this hotel's restaurant does. The breakfast is just Indian which is too much of smell. If you don't like Indian food, you don't have anything to est. The room is so dirty and ols. Accor should reconsider this branch. I asked for the paid laundry service, the staff deliver it to the wrong room wrong floor!? Somewhat Indian people just say what they want to say - not as the people want to talk with. ;(

Good hotel, located in Juhu and many restaurants near by, staff are very friendly and helpful, room size is good and clean

The water from the shower area travels all over the bathroom. Must place a towel to prevent the water from flowing area. The walls are paper thin, you could constantly hear the elevator jingles and neighbouring guests during active hours and after hours. Food was way too expensive compared to other places. So we didn’t even try it. However the bedroom area was acceptable.

I usually stay here as I like beach front for morning walks . Breakfast has good varieties and staff helpful . We requested for vegan meal which the chef was good to arrange and recommend what we could eat .
