All was fine except that on this visit there was no wifi that made it difficult to check in for our flight or receive updates about the status of our flight. As a British person we would have preferred milk to be available for out tea not cream

I booked 4 adults in a room but was given only 3 pillows. We requested and front desk staff said they will deliver to our room but did not. Following morning when we complained we were told they run out of pillows 😔

they didnt provide us a receipt which is unusual cause they said we booked on trip.com where we can get the receipt which i booked several times to a different hotel using 3rd party but stil they provide receipt

Good location near the airport, shopping center and local train. Breakfast unhealthy. Cleaning twice a week. Small indoor pool. Coffee available all day.

The hotel is a bit old. The breakfast room is very small, but it is convenient.

It was a nice hotel. The pool slide was fast so my child liked it. The breakfast was not very varied but it was edible.

Old hotel, slightly outdated facilities, poor breakfast options, noisy air conditioning in the room, other aspects are acceptable.
