The hotel didn’t take cash and that was a bit inconvenient for me since I don’t have a British bank scoping nor digital currency. But other than that the staff were friendly and customer service was great and the ambience and environment was good. The location was very accessible but not so easy to get buses and taxis from that particular spot.

It was a nice experience there but they can include some asian foods in breakfast.

No fridge in the room , room looked big on camera but very small, no welcome drink or water

15 minutes walk from train station. Located at high traffic junction but luckily the noise inside room is minimal. The window cannot fully close and the shower head has leakage problem. Staff is nice and helpful.

Firstly, the bed in the room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Secondly, the carpet in the room had a noticeable and unpleasant smell. These issues significantly affected my stay.

Hotel was a little basic, but good value for money nonetheless. The crucial thing for me was that the hotel was sufficiently clean, I would stay there again.

The staff is good. Breakfast is what I love here. Pub corner is nice just that food Orion’s gets closed soon and not good option outside the hotel nearby.

A decent property located at the edge of the vibrant city centre. Shopping centres are about a 15-minute walk and there are quite a lot of public transport options. The room is basic but quite comfy and the bathroom was minimalistic yet well designed.
