"The hotel is very well located in the heart of Lecce. The service and staff are top. The servers are at breakfast. The super nice household women. The room is spacious and pleasant. I spent a 2-week stay at the top and I'll be happy to come back. Small points to improve: lack of rooms for long stays, ventilation that cannot be adjusted from the room (but the temperature was good), doors that clock constantly (it is necessary to adjust the boxes that are supposed to hold the ports)"

"The hotel meets Hilton standards; both rooms were very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool is large and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Lecce, all the way to the sea. Unfortunately, we had to pay an additional €80 because apparently only one person was listed in the booking (of two rooms) 🤓. Should I book the rooms myself? This meant that the overnight stay cost us considerably more than if we had booked directly with Hilton, which included breakfast, so it cost an additional €50."

"Outstanding Bed and Breakfast in Lecce, Italy. The place is very well appointed and cared for. Every detail is taken into consideration. Our room was large and included a sitting area with a desk. The host is friendly and attentive. He helped us park in the garage attached to the B&B. There is a cost of Euro 15 for parking. It is located within walking distance to the historic area as well as the business district. Breakfast was included in our reservation. It is varied and plentiful. I would stay here again."

"We stayed in the Lady Astor Suite for 4 nights in July 2025 and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The room is very grand and luxuriously appointed, with a very comfy bed and good pillows. I especially loved sitting in the historic marble vanity area to put on my makeup every day. The entire hotel is a treat to stay in; you really feel like you’ve gone back in time and are a house guest in an ornate palazzo. But the most memorable part of our stay was how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. Sarah in reception helped us with numerous reservations, Aldo at the rooftop bar made us delicious craft cocktails every night, and our server (whose name I forgot to ask) at their delicious breakfast was always a charming, bright start to our day. Finally, the porters were all so quick and friendly about getting our car for us — it made taking little beach trips in the area so easy. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lecce."

"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. On the bottom of the water tartaro by anyone how much. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"I would like to point out that the person who welcomed us was very kind, I was a bit enticed by the photos and booked. But as far as our room is concerned I can't say wonderful things. There are many things to improve and fix, such as the SPA. SPA environment heated with hot air systems with air conditioning, oh well ♂️, the Jacuzzi tub is beautiful but has a lot of wear, and the glass does not protect privacy in fact all the residents can watch you take a bath. Room, stairwell, (massage room very small), were very cold, towels and bathrobes very very used and some even torn. The jacuzzi in the room is also very worn. I will avoid talking about breakfast because it would be a separate chapter. The price is excessive for the quality of the structure and the service offered, of course I'm not saying that it is a structure not to be tried, but we certainly expected something else."

"Lecce has a stunningly beautiful, pedestrian friendly, old town filled with Baroque architecture. It is a pleasure to explore the streets and shops while admiring the surroundings. Our B&B, Palazzo Guido, was built in the 19th century and has been owned by the same family for 3 generations. It is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Porta Napoli (which is the beginning of the ZTL pedestrian area). Pay secure parking was located 3 minutes from Porta Napoli. Our hostess and owner of the property, Geltrude, was delightful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Our "Studio" suite was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything imaginable, including bottled water. On arrival, Geltrude provided a tour of the property. We would have loved to spend time on the roof-top deck enjoying a cocktail (they have an honor bar). However, Puglia and Basilicata was experiencing extremely high winds during our stay. Breakfast was a treat and served in a beautiful gathering room. The "pasticciotto Leccese" was to die for. The variety of high-quality, delicious items for breakfast would satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Our hostess was also more than happy to assist with dining reservations. We will gladly return to Palazzo Guido."

"Unfortunately, they were not friendly or helpful at all and were very rude. Moreover, they made us wait in front of the door for 1 hour, so it got dark and we could not visit the city. Also, although we asked for help with parking, they did not warn us that it is forbidden to enter the city center by car. They reserved a room for 4 people for 1 person and forcibly demanded an extra 100 euros from us. Although breakfast was paid, there was no breakfast, I took a photo when we left at 8:20 in the morning. The rooms were very cold, smelled of damp and were not very clean."

"After having problems with the card that I remember sniffing the reservation I had to use another one. Once I arrived at the facility from Milan I learned, without having been notified beforehand and having previously accepted, that the facility I booked was not the one near Piazza Sant'Oronzo (in the historic center) but in another area of the city (I am from Lecce and I know the differences!) The one attributed to me is decidedly not suitable for the one I booked and decidedly more miserable and dilapidated. No concession to my complaints. Shameful and disgusting attitude. Never seen anything similar in over 30 years of traveling. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! A disgrace for Lecce and its tourism. P.S.: the property tries to contradict me: I am a lawyer and I defend myself in the appropriate venues."
