"Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good.
Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly.

"Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus.
Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future."

"The hotel is located in the square near the station. The rooms are spacious and have a variety of rooms with classic furnishings. Spacious room with separate room garden and large and renovated bathroom. The choice was made by the neighborhood with the FS station but I should go back to Lecce is here I would go back. nice and professional staff. Quality price convenience: excellent. "Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again."

"The hotel is particularly convenient in the old city, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions.
The design and decoration of the hotel and guest rooms is great! It retains a medieval atmosphere and modern style, as well as a modern artistic sense! The rooms are very spacious.
The hotel owner is warm and attentive. On the day I drove to the hotel, I was catching up with the temporary road construction on the local road. The navigation could not guide the feasible road. It was the hotel staff who helped drive to the hotel. It was great!
The parking fee is 25 euros/day, and it is necessary to make an appointment in advance and be confirmed. Note that there are strict administrative regulations for driving in the old city.

"Ugly building outside, a curse on Lecce's beauty.

Absolutely disgusting tab water in the bathroom, undrinkable, apparently on purpose in order to force you to order extra drinks. Small courtesy water bottles, not always daily replaced .

Очень любезные хозяева: мы приехали пораньше нам приготовили номер через 30 минут, рассказали где что расположено, дали карту. Завтрак был приготовлен из местных продуктов и все домашнего приготовления, что особенно ценно. В общем очень рекомендую это место и если буду в Лечче, обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз с удовольствием:)

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

IIanLecce is a beautiful City and this hotel was an excellent choice. I simply can’t fault it at all. The location is fantastic but what really makes this place is the quality and professionalism of the staff. They were all so friendly and attentive. The room was amazing and the Atenze restaurant created lovely food.

LLittle Prince 小王子We got a deluxe double room which has a second floor with sofa. Everything is clean and new in a historic building. Great toiletry amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with selected items on the rooftop with a great view of the old town.
Close to railway station and old town. Would stay here again

Was large enough with clean bathroom and a kitchenette area

CChristutiGreat place with amazing, friendly, courteous staff. They were all very attentive and on the ready. Free parking around the building wasn’t an issue. Great beaches only about 25-30 minutes drive away. They have certain activities and recommendations in case you don’t come in with a plan but there are definitely plenty of places to check out. Booked a private room for 2 people and it was big and spacious. Shared bathroom and showers were on the same floor and very close. Typical hostel vibes. Would recommend and consider staying again.

GGuest UserThis was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be.
The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely.
One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!

The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head
