"Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!"

"We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists.
If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)"

"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc

"The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, large and airy with a small balcony over a side street - table, 2 chairs and an extendable clothes rail. Bathroom equally clean and spacious, the shower area huge, the water hot, tissues replaced daily.
Breakfast was a good mix for all tastes, items replenished as necessary. I tried the buffet one evening and found that fairly dreadful, apart from the salad bar. Fortunately there are lots of places locally for decent food."

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was comfortable, the small balcony could see the garden and the distant mountains, and the air was fresh and cool. Especially suitable for people with children on vacation, because there are children playing in the swimming pool. But there are very few Asians. If you don't go swimming and talk about accommodation, it is a very comfortable place for us to stay and relax. You can stroll around, not far from the beach, and pass a supermarket on the way. The front desk service is professional and can communicate in English."

"What a fab place. 10-15 mins from airport (€22 taxi) Very central, near to the square, beaches, shops n restaurants. Quiet at night. Large, clean apartments with basic amenities, comfy beds, all you need. Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Debs diner onsite was great prices, top breakfast n good choice of food and Debs n Liz are very friendly n helpful. Everything you need on your doorstep, I’ll be back!"

"Got a nice sea view at the common area. (I saw fireworks at night because of their festival).
Since it's bear to the playa Chica, you can just go swimming there and look your stuff in the hostel without worrying getting stolen. Very nice for solo travelers! Btw it really work snorkeling or swimming to see the fish there!!!
It's also near to the bus stop las Vista and the shopping mall so you can get to playa Blanca/arricefe/airport/any tours you joined easily.
Have laundry and drying service for 10 euros (but you have to ask for the staff at the reception).
The reception staffs don't speak English well but they try their best to communicate with me with Google translate, which I appreciate."
