Hotel Lancelot ★★★
"No parking available. No bar either, the one by the pool closes at 6 PM, and the others aren't open at all. However, the hotel is very well located and clean. Breakfast is plentiful."
Aequora Lanzarote Suites ★★★★
"Excellent stay, we have gone back after a couple of years gap and the hotel is running smoother and exactly as it should. Food is great, something for everyone, the restaurant is busy but we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for a table. The whole resort is spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Sunlounger reserving does still happen. Some people were sat on them at 8am, others had towels left.. there are notices everywhere asking you not to do that but unfortunately im not sure anybody takes any notice. Overall a great stay, 15 Euros in a taxi from the airport. We we stay again."
Neptuno Suites – Only Adults ★★★
"Nice and quiet in may, all the receptionists we saw were lovely and friendly. We were in room 214 had air conditioning which is a bonus. Loads bars and restaurants in walking distance.Vali cocktail bar is right opposite. The only downside for us we got there for 1 o’clock room was ready but wouldn’t let us in till 3 not sure why if it’s ready"
Apartamentos Tisalaya ★★★
"Great value for money, and close to the airport."
Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa ★★★★★
"The breakfast is super delicious!!! The room is big!!! The floor is high!!! The front desk is very handsome!!! The smile is super charming, who knows, I feel like I can become an actor I still miss the hotel breakfast after returning to China for two months When you check in, there will be a private butler to help explain which switches in the room are responsible for what The facilities are very good!!! It's a pity that the itinerary was too full and I didn't have time to experience the spa. I will stay here again next time I come to Koh Lan!"
Barceló Lanzarote Royal Level ★★★★
"Fantastic staff and facilities. The buffets are somewhat poor for the level of the hotel. In general I liked"
Hostal España ★★★
"This was an insurance placement, we were so upset to be put up in a hostel after staying in a 4 star hotel. But soon changed our mind after arrival. Hostel- bright, modern in all areas, lift and stair access; small cafe/ restaurant; extremely polite and helpful staff . Bedroom- spacious, modern with en-suite and toiletries provided. Location- corner shop and restaurant across the road, near small beautiful marina with cafes; short walk to local high street. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel."
Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort ★★★★
"Good place great service Only problem was hotel bathroom drain system old had a strong swage smell complaint made but no action taken"
Hotel THB Flora ★★★
"The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely."

Apartamentos Club Pocillos
"Well what a nightmare hotel NEVER GO THERE it might be a budget hotel but omg they do not deserve a 1 star, we arrived late at night to find we had been put on the first floor after informing them I was disabled and required a ground floor, we rung them up where we got no help whatsoever o i ended up having to climb the stairs on my bum as I can't clime stairs, I had to spend 2 nights on the first floor until they moved us to a ground floor room and then had the cheek to charge us €70 for what we asked for in the first place. On leaving we left our belongings in the reception but forgot a very expensive cover for the mobility scooter which we had hired, when we returned to collect our luggage the cover had been stolen and they denied everything, I would definatly recommend avoiding this place it isn't worth the money."
Vik Hotel San Antonio
"We had stayed here a couple of times & on arrival at 9.30pm, we were tired & hungry. we were welcomed & efficiently booked in. We were directed to the restaurant which was serving until 10.30pm & our bags were taken away to our room.First class & friendly service! The hotel has been refurbished & is definitely 4 star. The room was large & clean. Nice sea view balcony & air-conditioned. There is a safe & fridge plus kettle, tea bags, coffee & milks The lighting is bright & good for reading. The television is modern flat screen & had six English channels. The bathroom had a good size walk-in shower & toiletries were provided. There is a hairdryer & magnifying mirror All in all, a cracking room. The food is excellent, with good variety. The staff are friendly, helpful & professional. This hotel has everything & is highly recommended for a nice, relaxing break."
Apartamentos Panorama Adults Only
"First impressions of Panorama were good. Nicely refurbished reception, bar and pool areas. Our allocated ‘garden’ room 112 was next door to the infamous room 110 as featured in a recent review ‘Worst room ever’ by reviewer John. In fairness we were happy with the room although we both agreed it was a bit tired. Calling it a garden view room is stretching it a bit (see photo) but we did get the lovely early morning sunrise. We did feel it necessary to hire the safe at 2.5 Euros a day as the patio door looked a bit dodgy and insecure (see photo) Sadly after our weekend arrival a JCB digger turned up on the Monday to the neighbouring building site and started clearing site debris and rubbish. The dust and mess soon began to cover our terrace and blow into our apartment. The JCB was there all week. We alerted reception and then called the Jet2 rep. In total fairness the Jet2 Leeds call centre and local rep could not do enough to put the matter right. We were immediately given another room on the opposite side of the complex. These were newly refurbished and supposedly superior and were indeed finished to a high standard. Self catering however was a challenge with no food prep area and nowhere to put food items. Ok for a cup of tea in the morning but a totally impractical layout with nowhere to sit to eat any meals. The apartment was next to the road and caught the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. The position of Panorama is great for a ten minute walk down the steps to the main strip and the walk back up the hill is not as challenging as many other apartments in the resort that we’ve stayed at in the past. On a couple of occasions there were no sun beds available around the pool as the selfish reserving brigade were out in force as usual. Didn’t eat at the bar but had a few beers and the lady serving was very pleasant and polite."
Hotel Miramar
"Everything ok, hotel facing the sea, excellent for taking a walk in the evening and eating. There are some reserved parking spaces at the back but there aren't many."
Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18)
"Hygiene: Very good Facilities: Good Environment: Good Service: Very attentive"
Hotel Cesar Lanzarote
"Well, what can we say? The loveliest and warmest staff you could have the pleasure to meet! A chance to experience an authentic and stunning corner of Lanzarote. Wonderful rooms - 101 with Mountain views is just incredible. Delicious food, cocktails and wine - the Cesar own label is excellent and compliments the La Santa prawns and local fish so well. Beautiful grounds and setting. A truly spiritual and relaxing massage - in the hotels cave! But what makes this hotel stand out is that every staff member has a unique personality but everyone offers the most warm and welcoming service. We appreciated every person who made our holiday such a joy! A truly special place - highly recommended!"
Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort
"Had a lovely time at the resort thanks to the staff, met many solo travellers who added to the friendly atmosphere. There was also a cat."
H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection
"Having already known the Rubicon hotel, it was a pleasure to return there, however the cleanliness was not up to par and the mattress was not the most comfortable"
Barceló Playa Blanca Royal Level - Adults Only
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. With the Royal Level access to a corner near the sea, so even with a partial view you can see very well. The SPA ? Great. For 20 euros the entrance nothing to say and a thalasso path well explained. The meals are divine , I have eaten very well for 4 days 3 nights in any case , everything is fresh and tasteful."
Nautilus Lanzarote
"Accomodqtion is vgood but the service and hospitality needs a serious review. The ladies behind reception desk were rude and un pleasant. Staff are not helpful. They mostly ignore you.we had touble getting a taxi from here also and missed our dinner reservation. Receptionist was most unpleasant and rude."
THB Lanzarote Beach
"The staff was excellent, you felt right at home. The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent. The only drawback was the room, the bed, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the TV."
Grupotel Flamingo Beach
"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music. They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided. I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20. Would definitely recommend."
Seaside Los Jameos
"You can catch a lot of shells along the beach, the kids love it!"
Hotel Las Costas
"The room has a floor-to-ceiling sliding door, no windows, poor sound insulation"
Radisson Blu Resort, Lanzarote (Adults Only +16)
"Excellent hotel, would stay again."
H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens
"We are currently on our last day here, the hotel has been nice, the room was smaller than we expected for a family suite but it does the job, we were in Tenerife block that over looks the pool. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool the pirate ship and slides was a nice touch. Food has been ok, our favourite night was the Mexican night. We were however very disappointed when I got a infected bite, I went to the pharmacy next door and they told me to go to the medical centre, so the hotel called us a taxi and we went to the medical centre, only to be told I can't be seen because I don't have an appointment. We then came back out and there were no taxis in site as it was the middle of no where. I rang the hotel asking if they can send a taxi to us to which they said no! I said how am I supposed to get back then and she just said I don't know and offered us the taxi number to call ourself. You can then imagine the stress and panic this caused us. We tried the taxi number but had no response, so we ended up walking a good 20 mins to another hotel that called us a taxi from there. We eventually got back to our hotel and then went into the medical center next door to the hotel, we were told by the pharmacy not to use that one as they are very expensive, we chanced it anyway and I was seen right away turns out it was a spider bite! Was given anti biotics and also a €506 bill! It's a good job I have travel insurance to claim it back. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool too. Entertainment ok but some nights it was just a disco. There is not much around the resort. About 20 min walk to the main town and shops. We did the rancho Texas trip which was good. We found it too windy for the beach. But hotel on the whole is good."
