Room view was fabulous and the spa facilities was good. The only downside was photo taking were restricted in some areas and staff at the spa were not the friendliest and a smile would help. Overall a good experience.

Just what I have expected and everything done right as usually in Austria.

Best hotel, I will visit again for more diverse services for families.

Nice hotel but the spa had a lot of people and wasn’t warm enough

The suite that we booked was amazing and nothing to complain about. Moreover, we were in love with the spa (both public and hotel spa) and especially the quality of meal at hotel Aqua Dome. All the buffet and A La Carte (main and dessert) were overexpected for us. We would love to come back to this Hotel soon.

Beautiful scenery, rich food

The hotel's service facilities are absolutely first-class. The exclusive hotel's Spa3000 facilities give hotel guests many preferential privileges. I would like to recommend it to everyone. The surrounding environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and the hot spring facilities are world-class, which beats all hot spring hotels in China. Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and formal dinner.

Unfortunately, it was unprofessional to send us to the spa with our luggage during check-in, even though there was a storage area at reception if the room wasn't ready. I also missed coffee in the room.

Excellent hotel. I liked everything (not the first time). The only minus is the hair dryer, very weak.

It was so nice, but the weather was disappointingㅠ I caught a cold, but I plan to visit again next time! The water is also deep, so it's the best
