First time staying in this hotel , the staff was friendly and helpful !

Good hotel location but rooms will only be clean every 3 days..but can always ask to get your towels change everyday. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Walk to shinjuku station within 10mins. Very friendly staff. A lot of food nearby. Room is clean and toilet is spacious. Overall satisfied.

Located in red light district (Kabukicho) of Shinjuku. Very lively when night falls. At least 10mins walk to Shinjuku station. Lugging your luggage through small lanes & thick crowd is no joke. The hotel staff speak English, good service. Room is clean, water pressure is good, no toiletries, room size compact as usual. Not suitable for 28” suitcase. Can loan hand-held weighing scale from counter if you need one.  Like the hotel but not the Kabukicho district.

Nice hotel and great services. Easy to food restaurants and bars around the hotel. Just a bit far away from Shinjuku JR station.

Location was perfect to explore Tokyo. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Rooms were a little small but we already knew that. Location was really good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only negative was that the used cups did not get cleaned and neither was our bathroom wiped down when our room got "cleaned".

Not a good place for old men. Far from subway station. Too much *********** around. I saw them do service there.

Location a little far away from Shinjuku station but still near lots of shops and restaurants. Strictly no late check out, extension is chargeable

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku within a short distance from the infamous red light district. One good thing about this hotel is the room soundproof system is so good. The room was quite small without any space for big luggage though. Opt for the room with heightened beds so you can push your luggage underneath the beds. Shower room was superb though!
