Anonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both Saigon Centre and Bui Vien Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't feel any inconvenience! The subway entrances were numerous and the station was close by, so I think it will become even more convenient once more subway lines are added. The front desk staff were also kind and polite. You get a welcome drink when you check in. However, the fact that there was only one elevator might be a slight drawback... The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! It was a lifesaver to have a bathtub (great for warming up after the pool).

Guest UserI spent two and a half days in Ho Chi Minh City and specifically came to Vung Tau for one day – the food was delicious! 😋 The accommodation was also great (you can rent motorbikes at the hotel for 150,000 VND a day, which is cheaper than outside). The front desk service was excellent, and the motorbike attendant was very friendly. (The front desk also helped me contact a bus company to schedule my return trip to Ho Chi Minh City). There's a 24-hour convenience store right next to the front desk.

WengKeatNice location only about 20 mins away from airport and 10 mins more by bike to downtown area but walkable otherwise and a lot of cafes nearby and close distance to the pink church. Breakfast beef pho is wonderful and there is also facilities such as gym and sauna. Booked the room without window so there is slight aircond smell but overall bearable.

Guest UserWe stayed here during our trip to Vietnam for my father's birthday. It was his first time in Vietnam, and he had a very comfortable stay. Our whole family had a wonderful time. We are grateful for the warm hospitality of all the staff.
They even surprised my father with a cake for his birthday, which made for a truly special memory. He was absolutely delighted.
We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, with Vietnamese dishes like pho and banh mi. It was very satisfying.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and it's a wonderful hotel that we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

Tomoya MiyakiLocated right in the heart of HCM, the main street in front of the hotel becomes a pedestrian zone on weekend nights, so vehicle access is restricted during those hours, but otherwise, it's fine. I happened to be staying there on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a letter, flowers, and cake. It was a lovely surprise! While the facilities are a bit old, there aren't any major issues. Perhaps because it's a hot country, the maximum temperature for the shower is 38 degrees Celsius. When you've been in air conditioning for a long time, you really want hotter water. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. It's a 4-star hotel, but I'd say it's at least 4.5, if not 5. The hospitality and service, however, are definitely 5-star quality.

HKTasterOverall, the hardware is excellent, but the front desk service needs improvement.
My overall stay was actually quite good. The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful, with a strong sense of design, and there are many comfortable seats, making the wait during check-in quite pleasant. The room was also satisfactory – clean, spacious, and equipped with a bathtub; the overall hardware facilities were excellent.
The breakfast was the highlight. The breakfast area is on the top floor, where you can walk out onto the outdoor terrace to enjoy views of Ho Chi Minh City. The morning breeze was very refreshing. The food selection was incredibly diverse, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indian cuisines, offering such a wide variety it felt like a dinner buffet, just without seafood. One or two floors above the top floor, there’s also a large infinity pool, with a very relaxing environment. However, the pool is quite deep, reaching around shoulder height, so be mindful when using it.
However, some unpleasant incidents occurred on the day of check-out. There's an electronic entertainment/game area on the 4th floor, and staff mentioned that each guest room receives a USD25 voucher. After I collected the voucher for my room, my friend was checking out of their room next to me. I reminded the front desk staff to give them their voucher, but the staff member seemed to ignore me and continued with the check-out process. Only afterwards did they say that since the room was already checked out, they couldn't issue the voucher. When I tried to explain further, the staff member became impatient and even slammed documents on the counter, making their colleagues a bit awkward. Ultimately, I had to escalate the issue to another manager, who then helped to cancel the original check-out process and re-issue the voucher to my friend.
Additionally, for a hotel of this caliber, I had expected a welcome drink to be offered proactively, but it was self-service, requiring guests to fetch it themselves. I felt that the attention to service details could be better.
In summary, the hotel's hardware, rooms, breakfast, and pool are all quite good, but the front desk's service attitude and how they handle guest inquiries still have room for improvement. The hardware is highly recommended, but the service experience didn't fully align with the hotel's positioning.

Big-KAbsolutely incredible stay at Landmark 81! Our 3-bedroom apartment was stunning—spacious, luxuriously furnished, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Saigon from every room. The floor-to-ceiling windows made sunsets unforgettable.
The apartment was immaculately clean, fully equipped with premium amenities, and had plenty of space for our whole group to relax comfortably. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Vincom Mall and great restaurants downstairs.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and responsive. Whether traveling with family or friends, this place is a showstopper. We felt like we were on top of the world! Highly recommend for a five-star experience. Will definitely book again!

Konstantin IExcellent location. The spacious room with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms comfortably accommodated four.
Unfortunately, the room needs some attention. The plumbing in both bathrooms is leaking. The walls are in dire need of a repaint.
The air conditioners haven't been serviced in a long time and don't cool very well. We had to clean the filters ourselves because they were completely clogged with dust.
In any case, we had a wonderful three days in Ho Chi Minh City.
