"I chose this hotel after seeing the high ratings from Ctrip. But when I arrived at the hotel for the first time, the whole cover of the air conditioner in the room fell off. I was afraid of being misunderstood by the hotel and immediately asked to change the room. As a result, the changed room was facing the main road. The car roared all night and I couldn’t sleep. The hotel’s glass sound insulation is extremely poor, seriously. Affect rest, choose this hotel carefully."

"Overall clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. A bunch of people didn’t try to actually help when I asked questions about the city like how to take the bus. Clean but small gym. Overall would go back!"

"I must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... I have to give all props to me frank at the front desk ... From my reservation overnthebphone to in person ... He is quite an amazing person and has truly made our stay wonderful thank u mr frank .. "They did not have towels or bath cloth to take shower had to go buy some from Wal-Mart which is across the street .. Could not find my room number b/c it had fell down and they had it laying in the room and not glue back in place..."

"My daughter and I stay here for daddy daughter night for women's basketball. The location is perfect as you can walk to the arena and the service is always amazing. It is an older hotel and they charge for parking even though it is a dedicated lot - seems that would be included as they aren't validating from a garage. Breakfast wasn't the best this year but is included- we will be back."
