"The hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood."

"This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!"

"This is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it."

"The location is fantastic, very handy, can take train to and from airport, while the staff and the service not live up with our expectation. There were no room service daily if you need anything such as towers you needed to call or came to counter to order b4 9:00pm in order to get the amenities. The problem was the counter most of the time no one there you needed to wait at least 5 minutes to get attended. We stayed there for 4 nights, we did come to the counter when we left in the morning that towers replacement were needed, however, when we came back at night, no replacement was found, so we called in the next day when we were back, they then brought the amenities to us."

"Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!"

"This hotel is centrally located, close to Kennedy Square, and surrounded by many restaurants. There's a light rail station within a 5-minute walk that takes you directly to the airport. The hotel itself is relatively new, spacious, and well-equipped."

"In the suburbs, a little distance from the city center, there is Wal-Mart next to it. If you are driving, I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is a typical white meal. Asians will be nauseated when they see it. At 11:11, someone will come and urge you to check out. The air conditioner is very cold and the noise is a bit loud"

"The front desk service was very attentive and thorough. The breakfast is decent. The hotel itself was a pleasant experience. However, we had a UHaul truck parked right in front of the hotel and the driver door lock was popped out, the dome light broken, and the ignition broken off rendering the truck non drivable. They tried to steal the whole truck!! The police said it is a common occurrence so beware, the area is known for theft. "

"The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. "Wonderful hidden gem ! Interior is beautiful , artistic , and most of all clean. The check in was very easy as well as check out. Everything was easily accessible. The restaurant within the hotel was okay , maybe it was due to us going a little later in the day which is why the service wasn’t the best in that aspect and the food wasn’t as good for the price although again maybe it’s due to the fact we were limited to their late night menu. Overall a good stay."
