"I've enjoyed staying this hotel. As a solo traveller, the location was perfect and felt safe. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no tea, coffee, microwave... But it was not a big deal for me. I had a 911 memorial view, I loved it! Subway, Starbucks, 24hours convinence, etc. near by the hotel. I recommend especially you're a solo traveller or visit NYC for business!"

The location was perfect, within walking distance of major financial landmarks and subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and great city views. The staff were professional and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and a convenient base for both business and leisure travelers. "The hotel is very new. The staff at the front desk is very warm. The bed arranged for the first night is small. After the request, I changed the big bed room. The yogurt for breakfast is delicious. The blueberries are delicious and healthy. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the American Indian National Museum in two minutes. The pier on the island by the Statue is also very close"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and always available at the counter. The location was also excellent for sightseeing, being close to the Whitehall Terminal and the subway. Amenities included a good selection of soaps, and towels were changed, and beds were made daily. The breakfast varied slightly each day, which was very satisfying. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a razor among the amenities."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!"

"The historic building in the heart of Downtown, near several metro stations, is very classic, like the style of the building, and, as far as I am concerned, I found it pleasant. The presence of wallpaper and wallpaper everywhere, as well as heating plants with air mouths, can cause allergic problems even if cleaning is well-treated. The beds are in French and are quite short; the mattresses are comfortable. Breakfast is only sweet and essential in the offer. A problem with noise heat late night has been solved in a few minutes. Quality/price ratio is definitely advantageous given the New York standards"

"All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay! The friendly staff deserves special mention. 🫶🏼 The room was really spacious by NYC standards and had everything I needed. The kitchenette was also well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly! What I also appreciated was that they emailed to check if everything was okay and if I needed housekeeping, as I had the ”privacy” sign on my door for two days. I would definitely stay here again. 😊👍🏼"

"Unforgettable experience! The location is so good with metro station and highlights nearby. And a great view overlooking the habour. I got a nice apartment instead of a room, with kitchen and fridge. All furnitures are of good quality. I will definitely go here again next time at New York."

"The hotel is in a good area, the staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, clean and has incredible views. The only thing is that they charge you a $100 deposit that they don't tell you beforehand and they supposedly give it back to you when you leave, although I'm still waiting because supposedly it's an international transfer and it takes a few days, let's hope it's true."
