"We were at this hotel in January 2024 and had a very good stay. That was why when we have to visit Boston again, I will book this hotel again. The hotel lobby has artistic installations and refreshments areas, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of reasonable good size and the common shower areas were well maintained. I love the signages in these areas, witty when reminding hotel guests to keep the environment clean and be environmentally friendly."

"My stay at the Boston Copley Place Marriott in a River View King Room was a terrible experience. I arrived late at night and, after checking in, was assigned a room right next to the elevator. Throughout the night, the elevator frequently started and stopped, creating a constant and noticeable buzzing vibration and operational noise. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and the incessant noise made it impossible to get any restful sleep, severely impacting my rest quality. The front desk clearly thought I was an easy target, putting me in such a subpar room despite the price I paid. The room assignment was completely unreasonable and showed no consideration for guest comfort. My overall stay was unpleasant, and this experience was just as disappointing as my last one. I advise friends to always request a room far away from the hotel elevators, or else the staff will take advantage of you."

"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."

"Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston."

"Stayed at Hilton Boston Park Plaza during our Boston trip and really enjoyed the excellent location — very convenient to Boston Common, Public Garden, Quincy Market, and many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful historic charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great choice for tourists visiting Boston!"

"I’ve lived in Boston before so I knew having a hotel right next to the red line T was perfect for traveling through the city. The location isn’t noisy at all and it’s right by a strip of restaurants and bars. Also for people who aren’t local it’s a 10 minute drive to the airport so it’s not far at all. One thing to note though is public parking is kinda far and the valet you have the request 30 minutes in advance to get your car (it’s also $59 a night as of July 2026). "The Revere Hotel makes it easy to relax and enjoy Boston. Easy to find, easy to park, easy walk to Boston Public Garden/Boston Common, easy walk to a wide variety of shops, theaters, restaurants and bars, easy access to the subway and therefore the city. The staff is friendly and available, and the rooms are clean and cozy. It's the perfect spot to rest after a day of exploring and adventure."

"The Westin Hotel boasts an excellent location. We booked a river-view room, offering a fantastic panorama of the Charles River and its two bridges, often dotted with sailboats. There are supermarkets of varying sizes right next to the hotel. I also highly recommend visiting the Boston Public Library; you don't need any ID to enter, and you can just grab a book and zone out under a green lamp. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the only hotel on this US trip that actually used a duvet cover instead of just two sheets, which made it much cozier. However, I felt both the pillows and duvet weren't down-filled; they seemed more like synthetic fiber, which felt a bit mismatched for a hotel of this caliber. Everything else was fine. Remember to use your daily $20 credit at the small supermarket next to the front desk on the second floor. Also, Wi-Fi is free because it's tied to a destination fee, so no need to worry about that."

"I had a fantastic stay. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made a huge difference. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. I had specifically requested a room with a good view when I made the reservation, but the next morning, when I opened the curtains, all I saw was a wall. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I just made do for a few nights. One morning, there was a loud drilling noise at 9 AM that lasted on and off for about an hour. I contacted the front desk, and they just said they'd check on it, but the noise didn't stop, and I never received any follow-up. The room was also very small. On the positive side, the location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and it's connected to a large shopping mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Overall, it's okay, but the front desk service could use improvement."
