GGuest UserThe staff were amazingly pleasant, the hotel was so cool and clean, the room was so modern… I loved the whole thing! My only negative was that the conditioner in the bathroom was empty but if I was staying for more than one night and if I asked for it to be filled, I guarantee they would with no hesitation. Such a great hotel and a quick walk to Barclays Center!

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there, and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-) either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

SShuozoujiuzoudekaiwenThis hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.

CcolaffeeThe room was incredibly tiny, and the facilities were far from satisfactory. The front desk staff was even worse. When I had a nosebleed in the morning, they showed no concern whatsoever. In fact, when I asked about the deposit, their attitude became even more hostile. All things considered, this has to be the most outrageous hotel I've ever stayed in.

GGuest UserBeing near Soho made it a great place for market research. The hotel smelled great, was clean, and had a great customer experience. And most of all, the free wellness classes held every morning were fantastic. I'd love to visit again.

KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

DDeclan ConnellAwesome location, hotel is nice with nice lobby, nice reception staff and nice bar at the back; but there just seemed to be missing things for a 4 star hotel for example; No lobby control - we had our stay line up with schools and students just stood all in the lobby blocking doors and exits and basically ran around with instruments forcing themselves into lifts with friends already in line- think we got stuck a few times with 15 minute waits. You’d think there’d be staff directing these kids to slow down or have better control in a 4 star hotel.   Amenities - the room didn’t have a fridge, the tv kept turning off, I called maintenance as the hair dry didn’t work and no one came up to replace as promised. Safety - lastly had basically a druggie threaten us with a knife/box cutter as soon as we walked out the hotel and the bag/door men just watched - so yes it’s a “nice” hotel but they really need to do some minor changes to keep that 4 star service and not just the look of it.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, just perfect!!! It's a 1-minute walk to Grand Central Station and the subway, about a 3-minute walk to Summit One Vanderbilt, around an 8-minute walk to the Public Library, within a 10-15 minute walk to the UN, and about a 15-minute walk to the Empire State Building. Times Square is also within a 15-20 minute walk. All other tourist attractions are easily accessible via the subway at Grand Central. The hotel's price is incredibly, incredibly reasonable, and the location offers amazing value for money!!! The room itself is also spacious!!! Overall, the experience was superb, highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserIt seems I hit a conference period, as rooms were expensive and hard to book. I tried to get Trip.com to coordinate a late check-out for about an hour, but despite calling from abroad for so long, they couldn't arrange it – it was such a hassle. Then I found a live bug on the bed, and it took ages to finally get them to agree to change my room.
