"A beautiful hotel with excellent staff, thank all staff, very quiet and pleasant to be there. Excellent and convenient location for my purposes, close to the metro, near a classy large shopping center. The comfortable room, a little tired but very clean, is noticeable that you try to keep the hotel in good condition, fair price and quality ratio. Very good breakfast, all fresh, delicious and in a sufficient number, a large and clean room on the upper floor with an outdoor terrace with views of the city. I'll surely choose again, thank you very much!"

"Really good place to stay, nice shopping road. Easy access to main streets. Good sized room, nice breakfast but not enough hot food for my liking. Such as cooked tomatoes or beans. Besides that plenty to eat. Elevator makes annoying sound, like a ball being kicked in hallway when in use near top floor. Would still recommend if price is competitive. Friendly staff really helpful Good English spoken."

"I chose this hotel based on the reviews on the website. Overall, I'm happy with it. It has an interesting concept and all the amenities. There was water and sweets in the room—a nice compliment. But, as I promised the staff, I'm writing an honest review. Cons: the bed linen was stained (I asked for it to be changed). The walls also had traces of the previous tenants. The dishes were dirty. The safe didn't work with the code; I got the keys from the staff. You can hear the street and your neighbors, but that can happen anywhere. Overall, everything is fine, I recommend it."

"English: This hotel was truly perfect. From the entrance and great welcome to the reception, fast and friendly staff, to the corridors and room. The room was very large, I would say more than double the average in Istanbul and definitely much more expensive than the price paid. Very comfortable bed, with a quality mattress, double pillows and the possibility of choosing others, comfortable kitchenette with fridge and sink, dining table, living area with sofa, armchair, desk and chair for working, double French window that let in a lot of light. Wardrobe with everything you could need, large and small mirrors everywhere, spacious, comfortable bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Very good sound insulation, you couldn't hear anything from the nearby main road. It felt more like a 5-star hotel. Impeccable cleaning every day, the room was full of disposable products that were replaced every day. Varied breakfast, both sweet and savory, with the possibility of ordering what you want separately for free. Small SPA with sauna, Turkish bath and gym on the top floor. Last point, the location: it is about 5 minutes from the M2 Osmanbei, convenient for quickly reaching any point of the city. If you like walking, like me, you can easily reach Taksim and then Eminonu by foot, or the other way through Besiktas and Maska park to Galataport. I am sure that when I return to Istanbul I will not look for any other hotel, this was really perfect. Thank you!"
