Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu

The hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.

Great location (though we constantly got lost in those little streets). The breakfasts were decent, we didn't get tired of them over 5 days. The view was absolutely beautiful. Eating with such a view every day boosts your mood by 100%. We didn't use the pool, but we did visit the sauna – a nice little bonus. As for downsides: it was noisy. I don't know about other rooms, but our window overlooked a shopping street, and we could hear conversations and vendors setting up from early in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was fully equipped, and everything worked.

Istanbul's Old City gem! This hotel truly hits the spot! **Amenities:** The hotel is very new and modern. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and even a small balcony with a great view. There's also a resident cat NPC always by the entrance! **Cleanliness:** The room is very clean, and the bedding is excellent. **Service:** The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. When our taxi stopped at the metro station at the intersection, someone immediately came out to help us with our luggage. Yigi THAN, one of the staff members, checked us in, showed us the room's facilities, and even saw us off to our car when we left, all without expecting a tip. Right next to the hotel is the Governor's Office, guarded by armed bodyguards, so safety is absolutely top-notch! The surrounding area has plenty of businesses, and it's within walking distance to all the major attractions and the seaside. Plus, there are two fantastic cafes right outside, perfect for breakfast.

Good day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.

Very outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.

This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

Located about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control. I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious. Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.

The room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
