"An excellent hotel with a great location. We chose a view of the Galata Tower, and we haven't regretted it for a second. The rooms are fresh and everything is clean. There was a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, and a refrigerator in the room. The reception staff were helpful. The lack of breakfast is compensated for by the abundance of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The windows overlooked the street where the tram runs, so you probably wouldn't sleep with the window open. The air conditioning is quiet; we only turned it on at night. I recommend it."

"This hotel is in a prime location, right on the Golden Horn by the Bosphorus. Taxis drop you off directly at the entrance, so no uphill climbs! Being able to walk to tourist attractions and the ferry terminal in just 10 minutes is a huge plus, especially since taxis in Istanbul are quite expensive. This hotel makes it incredibly convenient to get to both the new and old European sides. Plus, the ferry terminal to the Asian side is right across the street. It's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"We booked with breakfast. It wasn't a huge variety, but it was tasty. The location is super convenient, right in the center, and public transport is a breeze. The room was cleaned every day. "The hotel is located on Istiklal Avenue, right next to the Sishane metro station and the Sishane tram terminus. Taksim Square is at the other end, making it relatively convenient. Avoid taking the airport bus as its stop is a bit far. The view from the 7th floor is fantastic; you can see the Galata Tower, which saved us 30 Euros on a separate visit. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the hotel's internal corridor. While there was no view, it was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly. A young man named Umut even escorted us to the pick-up waiting area and to our room, and he even said 'thank you' in Chinese!"

"I was very pleased with this hotel. It's conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Galata Tower and 10 minutes from the Fish Bridge and the Bosphorus Strait. My window faced a quiet, peaceful street, and the only thing that kept me from sleeping at night were the seagulls. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and responsive. They provided an iron for my room upon request. Towels were changed daily, trash was emptied, and the shampoo, shower gel, and soap bottles were refilled. The room had fresh renovations and clean bed linen. There was a kettle, cups, glasses, and tea bags. Bottled water was brought to the room every day. The breakfasts were very tasty and filling (eggs, bread, butter, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, coffee, tea, and more). My room was on the third floor, and there's an elevator, which was very convenient. There's also a beautiful spiral staircase that adds charm to the hotel. Overall, the hotel's atmosphere is conducive to a pleasant stay."

"We stayed at the hotel from June 10th to 13th. They initially gave us a very bad, run-down, dirty room, even though check-in was at 2 PM, supposedly for cleaning, which clearly hadn't been done. We asked to change rooms, and they accommodated us with a slightly newer and fresher one in the same category. But it was still old. The only positives were the comfortable bedding and mattresses. The breakfasts were good and filling, and the metro was nearby. Everything else was just okay for a three-star hotel. The rooms are old, and there's a lot of humidity and dampness. It was cramped for three people, with nowhere to put our belongings; just one small closet. With the windows closed, the noise from the street was as loud as if they were open, though it quieted down after 11 PM. It's fine for a couple of nights. "A 1-minute walk from the tower, it's also very convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel shares a multi-story parking lot with the hotel, so you can park there (850 lira per day). It's a 2-minute walk from the metro. The hotel itself is very homey and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind for comfort (there are even apples in the hallway as a compliment from the hotel). Our room has a kitchen, so you can cook and reheat something (there are utensils for this). The water in the room is hot, with excellent pressure, all the amenities of a 4-5-star hotel. The room is well-designed. We had room 502 on the top floor with a window overlooking the parking lot, so we weren't bothered by the noisy street where the hotel entrance is located. The curly-haired receptionist was wonderful and welcoming; she translated all the instructions for us (we don't speak English). A highly recommended visit!"
