"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy—perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need. Good location with metro and bus station in just 10 mins. I’d like to give special thanks to Satlyk and Asrar at the reception for their professional assistance and warm welcome. Their help truly made my stay more comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the rest of the staff—everyone was very respectful, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and service. I will definitely be coming back!"
"All was perfect, except room amenities. TV cables were out of a wall. The shower sprinkler was broken. But generally for this price is the best choice."

"The room was large, bright, clean, and tidy. It was conveniently located near the subway and airport bus stations, as well as the Istanbul Exhibition Center."
"Holiday Inn Express Istanbul Ataköy Metro offers a very convenient and comfortable stay, especially for travelers who value location and safety. The hotel is just steps from the metro station and well connected by buses, making it easy to reach all parts of Istanbul. The surrounding area feels safe and is full of restaurants, cafés, and shops, so finding food or essentials is never a problem. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or requests. Rooms are clean and modern, providing a relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, it is still sufficient for a quick and easy start to the day. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, excellent accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere."
"Excellent stay at Wanda! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. What really made my stay stand out was TEZCAN at the front desk — incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. TEZCAN went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, offering great local tips and handling every request promptly. That level of personalized service is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel's location is convenient, facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is warm and professional. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"We stayed here for 2 nights and the receptionist is amazing, they give us early check in for free. The location is not in tourist area but there are many stores and foods nearby"
"This is our second time we stay in this hotel we came here last summer we like this hotel so much especially the breakfast and the rooms are pretty spacious only problem is the bad mattress and the pillows are so hard and not comfortable we asked to change the billows and they don’t really have any softer ones which made my sleep a nightmare"

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night, but even for such a short stay, it was fantastic. The receptionist was amazing; despite our early arrival at 8 AM, they did everything possible to expedite our check-in, and by 9:30 AM, our rooms were ready. I'm very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quite clean, cozy, and, importantly, spacious, with clean bathrooms. Everything we needed was in the room. I must also mention the wonderful breakfast 🍳; we were with four teenage children, and everyone found something delicious to eat. Everything was very aesthetically pleasing and neat! I confidently give it a 5 out of 5. The location is great, close to the port, Galata Tower… Thank you for a wonderful day!
BBenpaoshengcaiThis hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
GGuest UserLocated about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.
