"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy—perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need. Good location with metro and bus station in just 10 mins. I’d like to give special thanks to Satlyk and Asrar at the reception for their professional assistance and warm welcome. Their help truly made my stay more comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the rest of the staff—everyone was very respectful, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and service.
