"Overall, I would rate my stay 7/10. The apartment itself is great. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of convenient places nearby, including 7-Eleven and Central Festival, which is just a short distance away. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The only major disappointment was that the rooftop swimming pool on the 31st floor is closed for maintenance until the end of July. Unfortunately, this information was not mentioned anywhere before my arrival, so I only found out after checking in. I specifically chose this property because of the rooftop pool, so it was a significant letdown. At the moment, only the lower pool is available. I want to make it clear that this is not the owner’s fault—the closure is due to maintenance by the building management. However, it would be very helpful if future guests were informed about this in advance so they know what to expect. I hope the rooftop pool reopens soon because otherwise this is a very good place to stay."

"When I checked in, I thought this was a five-star hotel, and after seeing the video of the large pool on the cover, I immediately booked three nights. However, upon arrival, I realized it was just an apartment building operating more like a guesthouse. There was no front desk, nor any VIP check-in service experience. I regretted it that very night, but the platform showed that the order couldn't be canceled. So, I negotiated with Trip.com, and they eventually compensated me with points for the price difference for that day. Objectively speaking, the owner of this 'hotel' has a strong service mindset. If you view it as a guesthouse, they respond to messages very quickly, answer all questions, and resolve any issues promptly. The next day, I went to the rooftop to experience the pool and was amazed – it was absolutely beautiful! I also enjoyed the hot spring and played table tennis. The only thing is you need to bring your own towels from the room (since it's an apartment elevator, you need to tidy yourself up and change clothes at the pool before heading back to your room). Once I lowered my expectations, I found the stay at this apartment quite good. I hope this review is helpful to other travelers. If you're looking for a five-star experience and service, I'd advise caution before booking. But if you're looking for a private apartment-style guesthouse, this is an excellent choice. The rooftop experience is comparable to many big hotels 👍"

"This hotel Cesar Palace it’s very special because of the people that works there from the receptionist to the bellboy. They are all very courteous and ready to do whatever necessary to make you feel comfortable in the place. The place is spotless is very clean. They continue to clean all day long. I can see it when I’m walking around. It has also beautiful pool that you can cool down. I have come back after my first visit and stay longer because I felt home. It is very clean and that’s what I like about it. Also, the friendliness of the people that works there I can testify to that. It is very convenient. It’s in the heart of Pattaya. You can go walk anywhere across the street. Is Pattaya Mall that has food clothing everything that you need it’s a five minute walk distance. It’s also very close to the beach. If you like to walk, you can walk five minutes to the beach or you right Motorbike two minutes to the beach has lots of nightlife in the area that you can be entertained and eating good food so this is the spot for me when I come to Pattaya Caesar’s Palace going to be the place that I will come to visit again."

"This is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Pattaya. The clean rooms and the consistently friendly smiles from the staff always make my trip even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the special breakfast menu that changes regularly; it's always neat and delicious. The pool is well-maintained daily, so it's always clean. I had a very relaxing stay and I'm heading home now."

"Service was good, they clean the rooms everyday. The room itself was good enough with a okay view on the city with a balcony (6th floor) there was some stains on the curtains and on the shower floor. and on the shelfs was some dust but its was liveble. For the price i would book again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, the location is great, near to night life. The rooms are a good size and are cleaned daily. Nice rooftop pool, although the poolside furniture needs an update. Would stay here again"

"The hotel pool is quite large, semi-open air, shaded, and very clean. The room is spacious, with a large fridge, a balcony, and even a big square table that you could play mahjong on! The bed is huge, 1.8 meters wide. Although the room decor is minimalist, the appliances are all from well-known brands and of good quality. The TV is a bit old, but it's not a big issue. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese and is incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, which was great. The location is also fantastic, right at the entrance of an alleyway, so it's quiet inside, but once you step out, it's very lively. Songthaews (local shared taxis) are also not far. It's close to all the main attractions. Compared to other places, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"I recently stayed at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya for my birthday trip and had a fantastic overall experience! The hotel is very nice with top-notch amenities, including convenient free valet parking and a delicious breakfast spread. The staff added such thoughtful touches for my birthday, surprising me with a complimentary cake and cute animal figures made out of towels. The only hiccup during our stay was with the hot water, which was only working properly on my second day. When the issue happened around midnight, the staff let us use a nearby checked-out room just so we could take a shower. While moving between rooms late at night was pretty inconvenient, I really appreciated their effort, they dispatched an engineer immediately to work on the issue, even though it couldn't be fixed that night. On top of that, they left us a heartfelt written apology letter and sent a fresh fruit platter to our room, which showed how much they care about their guests. Despite the minor hot water issue, the outstanding customer service made it a memorable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay at Arbour again next time I'm in Pattaya!"

"Great place to stay in the middle of the city center! Everything you need in just a 1-5 minute walk. Beach is about 10 minutes if you cut through the Mike’s mall. Lobby is open to the street and has a pool table, chairs and tables. Area is for hotel guests and their guest which is nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Rooms are big and clean. I got a superior double room 502 and the TV was Huge! Ac worked great. Location also has an elevator which is nice because a lot of place do not. I also spent 5 days in the Penthouse which lives up to the name. Almost 900 square feet, 3 air conditioners , microwave, large fridge, freezer, large Tv, sectional couch ( comfortable) , large bathroom with separate toilet room. Plenty of storage, air fryer, electric cooker, kettle and blackout curtains."
