"The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement."

"## Environment: There's a 7-Eleven right outside, plenty of small eateries around, and a very affordable brunch spot called Eak fish balls that's popular with locals – definitely worth checking out! ## Transportation: Most of the time, you'll need to take a taxi. It's quite close to the North Pattaya bus terminal (for buses back to Bangkok/airport), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. It's about 1km from the shopping centers and the beach. Bali Hai Pier (for Koh Larn) is a bit further, roughly 3-4km. ## Room: The surroundings are very quiet at night, and the soundproofing is good. The city view room's window is particularly soundproof, so you barely hear any outside noise. All the facilities are new, and the TV is huge – you can even watch some local Thai news for a real experience, or cast your own content! Very well-equipped overall! ## Service: Staff at every position greet guests politely. I also had a great experience with the laundry service, and by the way, no deposit is required! Overall, I feel it offers excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay."

"I've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. If you turn left when you leave and cross the traffic light, you'll reach Terminal 21 shopping mall. The breakfast is also delicious with a good variety. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya. It's also a short taxi ride to the fruit market and Big C."

"Fairly large room that is at a goid location. East to go to the beach, shopping mall. A few 7-11, restaurants and cafes near to the hotel. Staff is friendly. WiFi was a bit unstable on the 1st day"

"The hotel has excellent vibes, especially the roof top pool and bar to view the sunset. The AC works good and the staff are extremely polite and friendly. They honour the membership status of the guest. Do make sure to also use the best luck wheel placed at reception to get some free drinks. Location wise a taxi is less than 80THB to beach and terminal 21. Though walkable but road is a bit narrow leading to hotel for few meters. Supermarkets are near by including the big supermarket."

"The hotel is located 20 minutes' walk from a shopping mall and 10 min walk to Pattaya North bus station.  The hotel is clean, tidy, and has a nice swimming pool where you can cool off.  The rooms are nice and look new.  The shower has good pressure.  The gym has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and one more machine.  It has no weight equipment, just some dumbbells.  The staff at the front desk was very pleasant.  Thank you!"

"The biggest pros of this hotel are its location – close to the sea/promenade and a shopping center nearby. The rooftop infinity pool is fantastic, but the water is quite cold, and kids aren't allowed there (kids can use the pool on the 24th floor, but it's not very sunny and quite windy). In terms of comfort, the pillows and mattress are comfortable, the plumbing works fine, and all toiletries are provided, including conditioner and body lotion, as well as bathrobes and slippers. However, the room is a bit dated, and the main disappointment was the cockroaches 🫣. First, one ran across the floor, and I thought, okay, maybe it was a fluke. But then I found a second one in a glass, and that was just awful… I’ve attached photos."

"This hotel looks really nice. The room size was decent, and having two chairs was a plus. It was clean, and I opted for a room with a bathtub. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money. It's also very close to a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and supermarket. The only downside is there's a nightclub next door, so if you're a light sleeper sensitive to bass, I wouldn't recommend it."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night to get a feel for it and see if we'd want to stay longer. I think this hotel would be great for families with kids, as it offers child-friendly entertainment such as a kids' area in the pool with slides and fountains, and a foam party. The adult pool, however, is small, making it difficult for adults to swim without children around. Since the pool is on the rooftop, it's constantly windy, and the large open space makes it feel a bit uncomfortable. The room itself is small, but the bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The bathroom has a shower, but the lighting isn't sufficient for things like applying makeup. Overall, the hotel is good if you're traveling with children or staying for a couple of days to shop at Terminal 21. For me, that's the main advantage of this hotel!"
